We stayed Friday to Monday and upgraded to sea view. Room was great with a nice comfy bed and shower was nice too. Clean towels every day even though we didn't ask for them. Tea and coffee making facilities were also nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff , garden cottage was perfect for a peaceful stay. Restaurant food was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything.

My card details was stolen

After paying for room in advance and parking on arrival (both with Credit card) i was asked for a debit card deposit of £1 to cover additionals. Never had this before and I refused. Check in time excessive.

Booked sea view room and was not disappointed. Well proportioned clean room with fridge. Pleased to see two chairs in the room (stays in other hotels have one) so we could sit and watch the sea and relax. Shout out to Maggie who checked us in who was excellent. Was impressed whilst waiting to check in with other reception staff who kept their cool whilst obviously having to deal with difficult guests. Keeping their smiles was impressive. Did not eat at hotel but did at Harry Rock which was excellent plus the Thai restaurant around the corner from the hotel which was also very good. Would definitely stay again off season. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice hotel to stay

Not impressed that check in times state 4pm, but could not check in until 4.45 after having to argue with the desk as our room was still not ready for us (given alternative rook) because cleaner was still there (i saw them still working on the room we were supposed to have) at gone 5pm .

The cottage rooms are lovely and spacious with a nice sea view.

Friendly staff and a big room

We love staying here. Would like to say a very big thank you to Maggie on the reception desk who recognised us from last months stay. Maggie made us feel very welcome. This time we stayed in a cottage room 506 newly refurbished. Lovely upstairs room with a sea view. Spacious and comfy. Could do with some peppermint tea in room.Great location to stay for the BIC literally a five min walk. Good nights sleep. Great powerful shower. Breakfast is a must. Lots of choice and good quality food. Highly recommend 👌

Terrible Breakfast was told I would be refunded for this but it never happened, not child friendly. Would not visit again.

The room was lovely, good size, lovely bathroom comfortable bed and cleaned as you would expect a hotel to be. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Lovely room, excellent staff and perfect location.

The hotel needs work inside and out, but the location is good and the view is special. The breakfast was average and the service. Wasn’t great.

No heat in room, had to ask for water, no breakfast provided. Check out time was 11am due to notice that electricity issue had to be rectify or something like that. Felt trapped in the hotel while trying to find our way out via stairs which was not easy to locate.

My favourite place to stay in Bournemouth! Everything is excellent.

Clean room. Nice bar area. Breakfast was a bit cold but we arrived for breakfast later than expected.
