Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!

酒店位置很好

酒店就位于塞戈维亚大教堂前的广场上，露台正对教堂，view很棒。如果自驾的话，钥匙交给酒店，酒店会帮忙停车。西班牙小城的广场晚上是最热闹的地方，当地的人群会聚焦在此，小孩们成群组队踢球，大人们在聊山海经，很能体验民情。广场上也碰到两对新人。虽然房间正对广场，但阳台均做了双门，且中空玻璃，隔音效果很棒。

酒店非常好。停车很方便。酒店后面是一个非常大的购物中心。房间很舒服。早餐不错。只是房间没有冰箱，但提供冰块。

Beautiful historic hotel on the city plaza. Steps from the cathedral and shops. Friendly and professional service. Breakfast was good with a sweet and friendly hostess!

Café da manhã muito bom! Atendimento ótimo da Sra. do café da manhã. Quarto, bom espaço para 02 pessoas. Falta iluminação mais adequada para os quartos.

This hotel could not be more conveniently located for visiting historic Segovia. It was clean and quiet (even though our room faced out over the main square), and the room was a good size. The staff was helpful and kind.

A rather pokey room but nice facing main square. Noise, I seemed to have a dowflow pipe built into a strange section of wall behind the a/c.
