Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!

酒店位置很好

酒店就位于塞戈维亚大教堂前的广场上，露台正对教堂，view很棒。如果自驾的话，钥匙交给酒店，酒店会帮忙停车。西班牙小城的广场晚上是最热闹的地方，当地的人群会聚焦在此，小孩们成群组队踢球，大人们在聊山海经，很能体验民情。广场上也碰到两对新人。虽然房间正对广场，但阳台均做了双门，且中空玻璃，隔音效果很棒。

酒店非常好。停车很方便。酒店后面是一个非常大的购物中心。房间很舒服。早餐不错。只是房间没有冰箱，但提供冰块。

Zeer centraal gelegen op de plaza major, vriendelijk personeel. Onze auto werd door personeel elders geparkeerd. Kamer was aan de krappe kant, maar bovengenoemd maakte dit zeker goed

Great location on Plaza Mayor. Small room but good bed and nice shower, so who needs more. Did not need hotel breakfast; nice cafe right opposite hotel entrance.

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno muy bueno y a buen precio. Solamente la puerta del baño no cerraba pero de allí todo muy bien

Excelente hotel, la habitacion muy amplia, limpia, y excelente para mis hijos por su litera en la habitacion familiar. Muy recomnedado, excelente ubicacion enfrente de la plaza y la catedral

Very nice accommodations at the hotel. You’re right in the middle of old town. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The reception staff was super friendly and helpful

My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well .

Aún siendo un hotel con cierta antigüedad, la limpieza es muy buena, la cama fantástica y el desayuno es amplio y muy bueno, además el personal del hotel es muy amable, sobre todo la Srta que atendió el desayuno.
