The water faucet in the sink ran continuously and could not be turned off.The room service was poor

This property was excellent. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and spoke multiple languages. The pool and gym were great. Room service was easy to order, timely and tasty.

Great hotel and excellent service.

Great amenities and excellent location if you are staying at this property before a GRU flight. However, they do not offer shuttle services around the clock. So if you have an early flight, plan on taking a taxi or uber.

We stayed for one night only and it was good for our purpose. The bedroom was outdated but clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was AMAZING. Very friendly staff. Recommended for who needs to stay overnight near Guarulhos airport.
