The website didn’t share that the hotel was currently being renovated. The pool the gym were closed there was no TV if you wanted to watch anything you had to watch it on your phone or laptop. There were wires hanging from ceiling in my room as it appeared they were going to be adding lights ??? For the amount of $$ I paid this was ridiculous.

Parking good. Staff very helpful. Housekeeping needs work though.

Was newly acquired by Hilton and in the midst of a complete reno which we werent aware about when we booked. Nice place, good location but not all amenities are available during renos which was frustrating.

Newly renovated. No coffee ammenities in room, as advertised. No breakfast. Otherwise was beautiful hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this place! All my appreciation to the night receptionist who helped us a lot!

The rooms are beautiful. I did have to ask for the room to be released as there were some noticeable things missed when I first checked in. They cleaned while I stepped out and I had a nice stay

We rented a room for 6 days. Day two we had to ask for new towels even though we were told they clean the rooms daily. They gave us “clean towels” that had someone’s make up all over them. Had to go ask for new ones ourselves. Also asked for fresh bedding. Didn’t get that. They just threw the bed together with the dirty sheets. Asked the front desk to make sure we got new bedding, which they assured us we would. Got back that evening (day 5) still old bedding. Reminded them AGAIN and we promised we would at least get fresh bedding for our last night……we did not. The front desk staff was amazing. They left priority notes for the cleaning staff a few times, but the cleaning staff did not do their job. Very disappointing for a hotel we paid over $150 a night for. Newly renovated and probably new management. This hotel won’t last long if they don’t disciple their cleaning staff.

Only fault I had was the hot water for taking a shower, lacked hot water and no coffee machines in the room.

Brand new hotel with friendly helpful staff. Facilities not complete as yet, but if you just need a great, quiet room at a great price this is the place. Shopping, restaurant amenities close by.

Staff was unhelpful when I tried to address issues with room. Zero amenities available (that showed when booking- pool, water slide, breakfast etc.) and no indication at check in. Paid $399 for one night and there was no working shower in the room, no apology. No care. They posted the deposit instead of removing it and when I called, 1800 next day when I noticed, they couldn’t find my booking or stay even tho I have a copy of the receipt. Awful interaction and 2 dissapointed kids . We only booked this spot for breakfast, location and waterslide so very much unhappy. Not impressed. Deposit is still on my card after saying they would remove z

Used washroom sink water would not drain, Then started leaking water all over the floor, water would not stop running in the Toilet. Let them no at the front desk maintenance came it was hour and a bit to fix. my wife just had dental surgery so was not option to leave and come back later next morning couldn't find coffee on site went out to get some pack up ready to leave though i would warn up my coffee in the microwave the door would not open when it was done let them no about the coffee stuck in the microwave pretty sure won't be staying there again.
