Great location great rooms and amazing friendly staff

The check-in process and parking was easy enough. Our room was pretty well clean except for the side tables by the bed we’re dirty as well as there was hair in the shower and our bathroom sink had a crack in it.

Pleasantly surprised at this older hotel downtown Halifax. Underground parking. Nice breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Close to everything . We walked everywhere. Underground parking. Good price . Room was older but very clean. Comfortable bed.

I love the way you are treated, the staff is the reason we come back but this time we found it was really stuffy, I think its time for upgrade .. but everything else is good the breakfast was good also.

Parking doors accessing the building should be equipped with an automatic button to ensure easy entry for strollers and wheelchairs. Additionally, the ramp is very steep and may pose accessibility challenges.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de Citadel e a poucos quarteirões do terminal da balsa. Estacionamento pago à parte. Café da manhã com itens variados e bem servidos. Funcionários educados e bem treinados. Recomendo a estadia.

Everything is good

overall a nice stay. enjoyed that the bedroom was separate from living area. lots of parking. My 2 things preventing a 5 star rating were the lack of AC (they have a central heating/cooling system that can only heat or cool - when I stayed in early April it was warm out but they were still in heating mode), and that they charged $6 extra for bacon/ham with the included buffet breakfast.
