clean room and friendly hosts

I had a very concerning experience at Comfort Inn Brandon. During my stay, I discovered clear signs of bed bugs in the room. I was bitten multiple times, especially on my neck and arms, and even noticed a bug near the pillow. Due to this serious hygiene issue, I had to leave the hotel immediately in the middle of the night and find another place to stay. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and inconvenience. I have photo evidence of the bites and what I observed in the room. I strongly recommend that management address this issue urgently to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

Felt like I was not welcome because I had booked with Expedia. Was placed in a room next to the mechanical room. The bed in our room vibrated from the equipment next door. Requested and received another room. When checking out was refused a statement of our stay because I had booked through Expedia. I have received a statement at other hotels. The front desk staff were not friendly. The hotel in general needed repair and upkeep. Upon check-in I had to provide ID and give a $100 deposit which they said would be returned at checkout. But then refused me a statement. The breakfast had all but run out of hot food when we got there. The housekeeper was doing double duty of cleaning and breakfast.

Clean overall. Toilet ran all through the night, i should've told them about that before i left.

Our stay was perfect! The facility is wonderful! The only thing that's missing is a continental breakfast. Staying with a large group of jockey kids, there is no place to eat in the building. The restaurant/bar is not open until 11:00am.

Breakfast was not impressive specially eggs had meat in it .

Clean room / good breakfast / friendly staff especially the young lady who checked us in. Interior is very dated and worn out, carpet was thread bare, drapes were horribly wrinkled and had holes in them, mattress on bed worn and saggy.

Firstly we had thought we’d booked 2 beds and the staff didn’t seem willing make any changes for us. The lobby was a little grungy. The room was okay.

Everything was neat and clean

The breakfast was very fresh. Anita, the breakfast cook, was very helpful and polite. The breakfast area was kind of small, though. The room was okay and the AC was good, but the cable tv was very limited. I didn’t like that they charged not held $50.00 CAD damage deposit to my credit card! Overall, my stay was okay.

We redeemed a discount night through points and were given a small halfsize room with a tiny window. When looking at the floor plan / evacuation posted in the room door we knew we were being taken advantage of and would have left if paying full price. Breakfast was not as what previous reviews stated and far below standard. I was shocked and took a photo then the attendent asked if i wanted a fresh batch. So in my opinion this is overrated and overpriced for the hotels in the area as we have had great stays in the area for less cost
