Free breakfast!!

Breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was small but open and clean.

Staff was great, helped us out as soon as we entered the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean also there was ample parking.

This was a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Sunset Park which delivered! The rooms were cleaned but tired, a refresh is needed. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options, including good quality yogurt! Clean fresh dining room. ⭐️ Superstar on the front desk is Craig so helpful and cheerful! ⭐️

Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service. Wasn’t the purpose of our trip so was a minor inconvenience but if you plan to eat breakfast arrive very early or plan a different stop. We went for breakfast at 9:20 (closes at 10:00) and the stations were almost all empty. I asked for the waffle batter to be refilled and was told it takes hours for the batter to proof so it would not be filled. Almost all bread/bakery items were empty except white bread and the egg/sausage warmer was empty our whole meal. The dining room was very busy (was Sunday am) and people mostly just got coffee and left after experiencing the same empty food displays.

Basic hotel. One person working, always away from front desk doing laundry. Understaffed. Patio door locks are questionable and some don't latch at all. Keycards hardly work to access room, have to get reprogrammed. It is decent overall.

Love the staff. Always a great stay.

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful and caring. We arrived very late and the front desk made us fresh coffe and Tea. Rooms very clean, loved the shampoo& conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was good waffles,eggs,sausage,and many other extras. Only stayed one night but would defiently stay again.

Room itself was great and the hotel itself but man the front desk lady was horrible. Took her 10 min to even come to the front desk to check me in after I rang the bell 4 times. She had already pre-authorized my card even before I got there and it wasn’t the card I wanted to use. Argued with me that since it was a visa/debit it shouldn’t have authorized but guess what it was and it did. Told me I should know better then to use that. Didn’t tell me anything about where anything was at the hotel (ice maker etc) it was literally just here is ur room card and see ya. I think she personally need some retraining on her customer attention.
