Room itself was great and the hotel itself but man the front desk lady was horrible. Took her 10 min to even come to the front desk to check me in after I rang the bell 4 times. She had already pre-authorized my card even before I got there and it wasn’t the card I wanted to use. Argued with me that since it was a visa/debit it shouldn’t have authorized but guess what it was and it did. Told me I should know better then to use that. Didn’t tell me anything about where anything was at the hotel (ice maker etc) it was literally just here is ur room card and see ya. I think she personally need some retraining on her customer attention.

Patio doors hardly slide. Tough to open. Card pads for back door and fitness center are not operational.

The hotel was very nice. The room and shower were clean, and the staff was welcoming. One staff member also suggested a great restaurant for burgers. The parking felt safe, and electric vehicle parking was available. The hotel is also close to the lake. Breakfast was fresh and complete. Overall, thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

Staff was nice. Property older but clean.

Rooms were okay. Nothing special. Front desk staff were nice but the houseekping staff was rude. I had asked one one the housekeepers for 4 extra towel as we were staying two nights and only had two towel in our room when we arrived. She gave me a dirty look and asked me if i really needed 4 towels. I said yes as we were here for two nights and i only had two in our room. So she gave me the two and thwn proceeded to tell me how low on towels they were. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Honestly dont think i will ever return to this hotel.

We stopped for me to work and unfortunately the internet was so extremely unstable that I had to use my own cell data for 6 hours.
