The property was adequate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by Pardeep in the breakfast room. She is observed to be a hard worker. The front desk staff was also very efficient. The breakfast was not appealing. The same thing every day.

Nice place.

Very clean, the guy at the front desk seemed very new and confused.

Boil water advisory in town. While that isn't the hotels fault, they should have provided bottled water for guests. TV did not work, asked for help one time but didnt want to keep asking for help. The volume didnt work, and it was very very quiet. Just a fairly bad experience.

Very friendly staff, nice room. But ac was screeching loudly so couldn’t use it. Other than that nice place

Good value and location.

The room was not clean, washroom had hair, was asked to clean room but due to power outrage the staff was unavailability.

Our room had 2 queen beds and the playpen set up and it was difficult to walk around because the room was so small. Maybe 3 feet between the end of the bed and the desk/dresser. Beds are too soft for my preference

I can’t think of anything good to say about this facility.

Overall very nice place.

In Trenton tgere are basically 2 hotels, this one is by far the best. Its older but still comfortable.

Stopped over for the night due to a bad winter storm. Recently upgraded facility with no carpets and breakfast included on site. Clean rooms.

We always stay here on our way through on travel for a few hours rest. The beds are amazingly comfortable and I felt rested and refreshed. Thank you <3

The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The dining area is clean, although the hot breakfast offered could include more options. My one complaint is the coffee maker in the room wasnt clean and likely not sanitary. Loose coffee grounds were everywhere inside the machine so i didnt feel safe using it. Overall though i was happy with my stay.

Was a snow storm and we landed there off the highway. The staff was Very inviting and room was clean. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was cleared.

The hotel in General is clean, and tye rooms are larger. My sink didnt want to drain very fast and the toilet you had to flulush 2 times sometimes as it would appear to be pugged and then the second flush it would flush.
