The rooms was not so clean I went out and got cleaning supplies! The workers act like they couldn’t give us more towels the towels was not so clean .i had to leave back out and go buy towels. Those rooms need a deep clean The microwave was filthy and rusted and the inside of it. The app said check out time is 12 pm house cleaning comes knock on the door and tell us we was supposed to be out at 11am . I least my phone in he room i call to let them know I’m trying my phone they tell me it’s not there . When I’m looking at the location. Manager hangs up in my face twice . I’m two lhours awufrom there to go back in get my phone i see location moving then maybe 20 mins later I don’t see location anymore so I know the workers got my phone and erase it .

I usually have quite a wonderful exstay here, but this time was a little less to say the least.

There were fleas in my non-pet room and the room was disgusting. Looked like nobody cleaned it from the time before.

It was very comfortable and staff was amazing.

The smell of the room was awful smelling like marajuane, floors were dirty, lock on door was damaged, the breakfast was out of eggs. The gravy for biscuits was sour. The coffee was good and staff at breakfast was out of site.

The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. When I first got my key and went to the room number I was given, they key didn't work, turns out someone was in the room already! I went back to the front desk guy, he was very apologetic and gave me a new room and key. I was a little disappointed it was a smoking room (as I don't smoke) but i was just glad no one was in the room :)

Hotels.com didn’t send my reservation to the hotel even tho I booked 2 days before my check in when I arrived to the hotel they didn’t have a reservation for me,it took me over a hour with no other guess in line for me to get on the phone with hotels dot com to fix the situation. Totally inconvenience

Nice and cozy rooms with breakfast and coffee and it's right off the highway

Well, we checked in had 2 rooms. 1 was fine. The other smelled of Marijuana so we got another. It smelled of bad sushi. So they sprayed it. Next was their breakfast. Never have i ever had a place that offered continental breakfast that i couldnt eat something. It was bad.

Cleaning guy barges in to rooms daily. Even with do not disturb signs placed.

Love the room upgrades. Need thicker blankets. Minor repairs needed in room. Quiet. room was somewhat clean but could use a deep cleaning at least twice a month

Everything was good. But killed 2 roaches in our room.

My experience here was nice and quiet gives you time to think. You also feel safe, with a friendly staff to help you with all your needs. The staff keeps the place clean, and there is a washer and dryer if needed with a timer in it.

The room had a musty smell -toilet wouldnt flush-when we hsd to use garbage can full of water to flush it-we were exhausted from days work we just we to bed -we found big worm looking bugs in room the next.morning -when checked out told lady at deak and she didnt even apologize

Everything about the place was fine, no complaints at all. There was nothing that stood out as great, and nothing that was bad. I was only in the room a short while not counting when sleeping, so I don't have much to say here.
