Good

No mention of the breakfast at check in, but I'm familiar with Comfort Inn.

It’s good for a night stay, the room was clean and so was the bathroom, That’s all I care about. Great staff and customer service. But pricey for what you get though, but what isn’t today.

Room is a good price point but the carpet needed to be cleaned and room spelled like a gym locker. Bathtub needs a good scrubbing.

Awesome room

This is a two star hotel. It was absolutely fine. Exactly as expected. Disregard reviews comparing apples to oranges. Everything was clean, or cleaner than expected. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Extra towels were given with a smile, Breakfast was good. Sausages eggs, potatoes, cereals muffins fruits, and two waffle makers not tried. Extra bonus was patio doors to our car right outside. Made luggage transfer seamless and easy. Just off highway, easy to access. If you just need a place to stay with a decent breakfast and nothing more, this hotel is absolutely fine.

Very good place for a short stay. Breakfast was good. Room and washroom was clean. Only thing they could improve was a better carpet cleaning. Otherwise, a nice overnight stay.

Room was fairly clean. Shower curtain very stained & dirty but rest was great. Chairs in lounge need to be replaced but overall not bad.

A Decent hotel, comfortable beds, We were on the second floor and there are no elevators so luggage must be carried up which for us is ok. The hot breakfast was a 3 out of 5 No meat, round cheese eggs and toast and cereal or waffles. Adequate

I chose this hotel based on reviews written in June. The room was “fine”, but it definitely wasn’t all that recent reviewers stated. The sheets, towels and bathroom were clean, although the sheets and pillowcases were terribly wrinkled and most of the five pillows were lumpy foam chips. The TV worked as it should as did the AC. The AC unit was noisy, but it did control the temperature and did not smell of mildew as they often do. The biggest turn off was that the room smelled horribly dirty upon entry. I suspect the carpet. That smell never went away. It was also disappointing that Expedia said the king rooms were on the second floor but they are in fact ALL on the ground floor. This was a minus for me, especially given the large patio door (safety concern?). Breakfast was minimal compared to what was advertised, but you wouldn’t starve. There were hot and cold options, none of it particularly fresh looking. The hallway and parking lot were quiet the night I stayed there. If it weren’t for that horrible dirty smell, it could have been a decent stay. But I kick myself for not going with my gut and staying on the north service road. For another 20 bucks, I could have had a pleasant stay instead of this tolerable one *shrugs*

Small breakfast area, no elevator but otherwise great place

Pros: comfy beds, quiet environment Cons: NON ACCESSIBLE! No dollies for luggage, no elevator/ramp. Even if they have accessible rooms on the main floor as the website states (can't confirm as we stayed on the second floor) there is a step to the entrance which would make it impossible for wheelchair users to access the building. Summary: great place for ABLE BODIED people.

After the room was assigned to the 2nd we asked for a ground floor. I have trouble with stairs. The clerk said he was sold out and couldn't accommodate a ground floor. When we checked out this morning the parking lot was maybe only 1/3 full. That might suggest the clerk didn't want to make the change. Disappointed.

Room was clean enough- but had a musty/damp odour- just opened the patio door and turned up the fan to circulate the air. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was sub-par- but good coffee that made up for it.
