The staff were good. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke and dogs on our arrival. We asked for another room and got one. That room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor, around the bed. Dust on the TV and TV stand., The mirror was washed with a dirty cloth. Breakfast, I had better. The food was cold.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great.

Good experience for our one night. Good breakfast but didn’t live the staff ‘watching’ us.

The hotel is older but for the price I paid, very acceptable. Staff was courteous, breakfast was as good as anywhere else, and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was harder than some would like, but my sleep was just fine.

The staff doesn't really looking forward to help

Coffee machine, in breakfast area, was empty & it took quite awhile for it to be refilled. Freezer in fridge was very frosted up & dripping water.

The bedsheets were not clean. A lot of human hair on them. A lot of hair in the bathtub. Bathtubs were dirty

Both rooms were filthy. Toilet did work. Changed rooms. Was better but one room the carpet was dirty and completely worn out.

It was a convenient place to stay, but our room on the main floor was in need of updating. The wallpaper was peeling, and there were unknown hairs in the bathroom and tub. This room needed a more in-depth cleaning.

Breakfast was good

Room was very dirty. I found a couple toenails from someone to stayed previously and must have cut their nails as well as hairs in the sink and along tub. I won’t stay here again. I stayed June 8 night, hoping they check who did the cleaning as they need to step it up a lot!

I appreciated the reservation system for online booking directly to the hotel versus going through an outside agent. They drive me nuts.

Rooms need deep cleaning. Room assigned had obviously had a dog previously in it and was not properly cleaned. During stay room was not vacuumed or wiped down, only “fresh”towels. Air conditioner caked in dirt and grim evident. Bought dollar store shoes to keep feet clean after shower, too bad because staff at check in and breakfast were outstanding.

Great Staff Awesome breakfast. Toilet could have used a thorough cleaning. Rooms on TC#1 side are a bit noisy but very comfortable. Not an ideal site for parking anything other than passenger vehicles.

Run away from this property!!! The property is dirty, outdated and has no elevator! You will be carrying you luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was standard and the property overall needs to be demolished

The room was very dated and smelled of old smoke.. There was nicotine stains on the ceilimg coming through the paint.. The nathroom obviously wasnt cleaned after the last guest the sink had dried soap scum on it along with the tub and shower. The mirror had tooth brush splatter all over the bottom. I had to use some vim disinfected wipes to cleans all theae areas before i would feel good to use them. We were too tired after driving 9 hrs to leave the comfort inn or i would have done this and looked for another place to stay the night. The rugs were old and dirty need to be cleaned or pulled up.. It was hard to open the sliding door because there was too much dirt and debris stuck in the track to allow thw door to move freely. I have stayed in many comfort inn hotels on my travels and this one was a disgrace. Pictures of course looked better on Expedia... The morning breakfast had very little amts if food to pick from no juice e or fresh fruit etc.. Small area to sit so we left for a breakfast at a neaeby restaurant... Morgan the evening clerk was nice enough to give us clean towels when ours were stained or likely used. When i checked out the staff did not ask how our stay was or show any comcern.. We will no longer stay in comfort inns after this stay

A little confusion at check in - the room they gave me wasn't made up from the previous guest. But they were very apologetic and quickly gave me another room. The breakfast area is quite small - gets crowded quickly.
