地點棒，早餐棒，還可以單點不同飲品的咖啡，服務也棒，房間也棒

This is a boutique hotel which located in the center of the Firenze main city, close to few sight seeing and very convenient for shopping, and eating.

地點超級便利，就在古城區但隔音算步錯不是很吵，下樓就逛街，離主要美術館博物館、舊橋都僅幾百公尺內，房間乾淨，床褥舒適，唯一可惜廁所太小，浴缸很小，無法將肩膀浸入浴缸。 當時預訂的時候是古城中心區內少數有附早餐的優質飯店，早餐樣式雖然不算多，但可以吃得很好、吃得很飽，有任何需求，飯店服務人員接會滿足你，推薦。

This is the 6th time I stay in this hotel. I had a wonderful time and I stay there for 4 nights. The front desk staffs is very very helpful, especially Raymond and Marco. And all the other staff is very polite . The room is clean and the location is really good. I will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and clean. I've been there almost every year for business and everytime is a good experience.

Centrally located within a short walking distance of all major sights. Room is a bit old and clearly needs to be renovated. Breakfast buffet was okay but only with limited selection. Staff at breakfast was friendly and efficient. But front desk staff, especially in the evening, was not very helpful. Hotel service was a bit below par.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful! It was our favorite stay on our 3 weeks in Italy! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Firenze.

While, overall, the hotel was very nice, I would recommend not takimg a room on the first floor. This floor is where the kitchen and breakfast room are. The staff start work at 6.00 and it is very loud. There is excellent sound proofing to the street but not to the sounds of the kitchen and breakfast room. Additional, since the room was close to the kitchen there was an ever present smell of cooked bacon. I would stay again but not on the first floor. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with dinner reservations and calling a taxi.

Staff is great and location is fantastic. Hotel is a bit old. You hear people in the rooms next to you. We were woken up a few times and had to call the front desk.

Great location! Only a few minutes from the duomo which also has wonderful restaurants around it

The staff was awesome and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were phenomenal and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the fruit was superb. It provided easy access to the City. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Florence.
