Stayed at NH Ciudad de Santiago and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The main issue was the consistently poor customer service from reception staff, who often appeared uninterested and unhelpful. We also experienced maintenance issues on arrival, including a heater that was not working and required attention from maintenance. On our second day, our room was not serviced or cleaned, which meant basic items such as coffee pods were not replenished. When we later requested replacement pods, what should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. None of the issues were major on their own, but together they created the impression that guest service was not a priority. The hotel has a good location and comfortable rooms, but the overall level of hospitality did not match the price paid.

Did not have enough help with luggage. boxed breakfast for early birds was very poor and limited

Great hotel, exceptional value for money. Lovely staff. Only boggle was having to pay for extra coffee pods for the room which was a little disappointing

Well located. Breakfast included was ok, the same everyday. It was a clean well located property.

Huge rooms, very clean, excellent location. Staff is both, professional and friendly. The only downside was the restaurant food. So if you’re able to eat outside you will be better off! - I had no option cause I had to stay at the hotel must part of the day. Chile’s hospitality is amazing!

Equipe super atenciosa e simpáticos. O restaurante era muito limpo e organizado. Equipe sempre atenta a todas as necessidades.

Hotel novo e bonito, muito bem centralizado, uma caminhada agradável por um parque até Larrastria onde fomos no excelente winebar Bocanariz. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a vista das cordilheiras é linda. Cama muito confortável e café da manhã muito bom. O único ponto negativo é o fato de não ter ventilação no banheiro, nem mecânico. Mas não vou nada que atrapalhou nossa estadia que foi excelente. Recomendamos esse hotel.

Gym had leg press and leg extension which I was pleasantly surprised at for such a small space. Also the pillows were incredible

Worst hotel ever

Hotel confortável e bem localizado, pessoal muito atencioso, quarto limpo e espaçoso. Problema com ar condicionado que não funcionava com perfeição. Café da manhã bom.

Schönes Zimmer, leider lieblos hergerichtet: ein einziges Trinkglas für 2 Gäste. Shampoo hat gefehlt. Keine Papiertücher. Shampoo konnten wir auftreiben, die Flasche stand dann aber auch am nächsten Tag noch am gleichen Ort und wurde nicht in die Spendereinrichtung eingebaut. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Inattentive staff and front desk staff not willing to accommodate us with simple things ruined the experience.

Hotel bem localizado, com quartos espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa. As instalações são bem cuidadas e mantidas, além de ser muito silencioso. Está perto de bons restaurantes, metrô e atrações da cidade.

It was ok

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the attentive service and the high quality of our room. Regarding breakfast, while the local selection was impressive, there is room for improvement in informing guests about holiday service changes. Providing me with a regular Friday schedule when I specifically asked about Good Friday hours caused us to misplan our excursion. Ensuring staff are consistently updated on holiday hours would greatly enhance the guest experience.
