Wait staff at the restaurant were slow, but kind.

Stort fint rum med mkt bra säng och kuddar. Enda lilla klagomålet är badkaret i badrummet som jag tycker man borde byta ut till en dusch. Personalen var mkt hjälpsamma.

Excellent size suite. The only issue was with the shower hot water temperature... at best warm.

It’s a bit of the old hotel. The rooms need renovation (worn off carpet). It was not bothersome. Just a suggestion. the rest of the room details we have no problem with . The service personnel is very helpful and welcoming ❤️❤️❤️

Inside of hotel was much nicer than the exterior. Clean, large room. My complaint would be lots of noise around the hotel till 2 in the morning, a wedding had happened that night.

Everything was amazing.

A decent place on the outside of central Dublin. Place was not four stars though, only in name. The bathroom door was falling apart along with the tub. Ground floor was extremely noisy with either guests or others causing a ruckus until 2300. If you get a room get an upper floor that may help. Public transportation to and from the hotel was good though, easy access to central Dublin via bus. Price point could have been better for the quality they implied.

The first member personnel we talked to was unpleasant to talk to and unwelcoming but the rest of the staff was really nice and caring the hotel is dirty in many places but I would say it is a ok hotel for a 4 stars the bedroom was really good tho

Weren’t aware that the room had no A/C. Extremely hot, as the heater was on without our knowledge. Very noisy outside and it echoed thru the walls of the room. The rooms are older and not as depicted in the picture. It’s ok for a short stay, one night the most.

Room was clean. Bathroom had visible mold and signs of age and need of repair. Breakfast great over all ok

Spa facilities were lovely after a long day.

Very convenient for a comfortable stay near the airport. Great convenience store next door. Spa was excellent and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable.

I stayed a week at the hotel. The room was large, the pool was very well maintained and the onsite restaurants were delicious. The only downside was that the fan in our room was not able to be toggled on and off by us, but was part of an entire wing's exhaust system. That and the weekend we were there there was a pipe issue and a faint smell of sewage wafted about the entrance. It was Easter Sunday weekend. The good was that the front staff was very attentive, the afternoon tea was delicious, the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were clean and well maintained. I will book this location again if I go back to Ireland. It is close to a bus stop with several lines and about 20 minutes from downtown. We used a bus pass for most of the activities.
