The hotel appeared to be slightly understaffed in odd ways. Procedures for what felt like very normal hotel-type requests felt confusing. For example, we called to request bedding for the pullout, which we had specifically booked to sleep four. We received a message to visit the front desk. Upon visiting the front desk, we were told that it would have to be delivered to us.
We were also disapopinted to see that they are charging for parking. There has never been a shortage of parking in any of my history visiting this area. Even during conferences, there is always parking available. Why are we paying for this?
There was also only one working Tesla charger upon arrival. Three others were out of commission, and appeared to just need to be provisioned again.
