Det eneste på hotellet som var i orden var sengen. Alt andet var slidt op. Der ekstremt lydt fra de andre værelser og gangen. Der var ikke lys i de fleste lamper, det blev sagt i receptionen, hvor de lovede at ordne det, men der skete intet. Morgenmad var elendig, og der blev bedt om mere bestik, det skete heller ikke. Og så er det ikke miljøet rigtigt at det hele ved morgenmaden er engangsservice. Vi kommer der ikke igen

Rooms were ok. Beds ok. Shower was decent and had pressure. Wifi was slow and had connection issues. Cell signal is poor in the rooms. Breakfast was typical free cheap hotel stuff with reconstituted eggs and microwave meat. Parking was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to town center and highway. Overall 2.5 / 5.

I had to change rooms because of dirty sheets and then the new room also had dirty sheets and the front desk staff came up to change them. Sheets and towels were all dingy with staining and could use replacing. My second room was a “suite” but also.. dingy. I guess overall I would use that term to describe this hotel. The bed in the suite was lumpy and very loud anytime I readjusted as well as the TV was as small as my computer monitor. The breakfast was lacking and the hot tub was closed. The Indian restaurant was very good for dinner. Unfortunately not a lot of options in Williams lake and that’s probably the only reason they are fully booked. The staff really do shine though and I hope the hotel recognizes that. It’s the only thing that was continually positive.

Very misleading photos, clean bed that was practically it. Stains on the floor, very dated, rust everywhere in the bathroom. Lots that needs replacement

Nice location, close to many restaurants, with nice view of the city and the lake. Generally clean, very helpful staff. I forgot my jacket in the restaurant and headed to my vehicle and about to leave. A staff came rushing to me and asked if I own the jacket. That was an extra service from the staff. The breakfast is not so bad, at least they refill items that goes fast, bacon, sausage, eggs. Thank you.

Everything was good from the parking to the breakfast the front clerk was friendly and helpful

Receptionist was super friendly, helpful and very nice!!! Nice room, great location and no issues with the parking. Highly recommend it

Shower was broken had change rooms (find this out at midnight) little compensation The format billing is put through on credit card. Just plain maddening.

Everything was very adaqit for my needs

The place needs a deep cleaning I've noticed the light switch's are dirty and the nooks and crannies needs cleaning, which makes me believe how good are they cleaning the room for the next guest? Breakfast options are decent but the items you expect to be hot are cold, the eggs taste like they're made from powdered eggs, the bacon is transparent and I wouldn't touch the sausage with a 10 foot pole just on how they looked. The location is alright its close to down town.

The Indian restaurant is excellent!

Smelled very badly like smoke on our floor. Rooms could definitely use some TLC. We had one tiny bar of soap, not enough washcloths etc.
