這家旅館整體來說很棒，因為伯明翰市內所以免停車費(倫敦市路邊停車很貴)，房間很乾淨，價錢也很便宜，飯店服務態度佳，標準英式早餐一人才新台幣550元左右；周遭地點風景美麗，值得推薦！

Had an excellent stay. Our only criticism would be that the dinner menu was a bit limiting for people of our age.

Nice hotel with good acces to M42 & M5. Good sized rooms & bed, but pillows were tired, flat, hard & uncomfortable. Staff were friendly, dressed appropriately & provided a great service. Safe for lone female travellers. No lifts, so request room near to reception if you are not good with stairs. Ample parking.

Staff was amazing I was there for my best friends wedding and the staff couldn’t do enough for us all. Rooms are very spacious and clean the beds are super comfortable I Would 100% recommend this hotel

Well appointed hotel, maybe a little dated and tired but comfort and service are great, ideal overnight for business guests with a small bar and restaurant (limited menu) on site.

Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting a friend locally. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Although a bit dated in style. Bed was enormous! But comfy and good pillows. Bathroom clean and great pressure in the shower. Breakfast was an additional £10 & absolutely delicious. Big shoutout to James on reception who was very welcoming, professional and friendly. Lovely young lady serving breakfast too but didn't get her name. Would stay again when in area.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and found the Westmead to be a nice quiet hotel with tons of parking. The local train station park and ride was just 10 or so minutes away with easy and quick access to Birmingham Town Centre, However the Westmead is a little out of the way so unless you drive there isn't much nearby to walk to.

Hôtel restaurant tout à fait honorable. Pas déçu.. je recommande. Chambre un peu défraîchie idem pour sdb mais satisfaisant pour un court séjour. Personnel sympathique et restaurant agréable avec carte variée et qualité du repas et service.

Room was good but could do with updating although clean. Would not have breakfast again. Order full English arrived without toast. no condiment on table only salt and pepper asked for sauce. Waitress served two other clients with cereal before bringing toast and sauce. Breakfast was cold. Reception staff very good. Stayed here many times but this was disappointing.

Stay here a lot, highly recommended
