Check-in staff was extremely rude. No eye contact and no greetings whatsoever. Her eyes were fixated only at the computer monitor. The receptionist demanded $ 240 for our 6 night stay stating it is a mandatory fee that every guest must pay no matter what. It is for using the hotel facilities she said in a matter of fact high and rude tone. We were never made aware of this ridiculous fee when we made our reservations. Lobby area was very dirty and smells like horse manure. Escalator was noisy, dark and very tight. Room was small. Mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were way too soft that it felt like sleeping on only pillow covers. The photos of the hotel in the website are nothing like what we saw ourselves at the property. Very misleading.

It's very strategic place. Close from anywhere if you want to see anything in walking distance. A nice one!

I called the receptionist more than 10 times and then got response. They promise to come to my room directly but come up after 20 minutes. Location is great but service is very poor. And it’s noisy as well.

-bad cust service experience. almost all the front desk staff is not friendly. the housekeeping much friendlier than the front desk. don't you expect greetings, service, moreover smile face from the front desk -this is the only hotel by far in my life that charge money when you send item deliver to hotel (from amazon in my case)

The hotel located near the broadway street and only took us 3-5 minutes to the center of Times Square area. However, the room a bit tight for 4 of us.

Kaget dengan pembayaran resort fee yang melebihi perkiraan di online, dan harga deposit yang mahal sekali karena tidak membawa credit card. Check in juga lama sekali jam 16.00 baru bisa check in 👎🏻

The receptionist was very impolite and unhelpful. The room was very small. They didn’t clean up your room. You have to pay additional $30 per night upon arrival.
