Not clean

The room has an updated design with USB A outlets to charge your electronic devices. Overall the room and bathroom were very clean. The gym was out dated but functional. The continental breakfast was OK. I will say the coffee was surprisingly good! Overall, I would give this a 4.2 rating well worth the money.

The room was comfortable and clean, so was the bathroom. Check in was rapid. Staff was polite. Parking was sufficient. Didn’t try the pool but looked great.would stay again.

Elevator was not working. Had to be reset. Pool not available. Room was very clean. Cost of 'store' items costly. Front dest staff efficient.

Last minute reservation for early morning appointment. Close to airport and LVHN hospitals Clean, newly remodled roomat a good price.Everything we needed for a restful nights sleep. Friendly, professional front desk. Would highlty recommend Pool appeared to need water maintence.

Room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and modern. We were skeptical about staying at this location but very glad we did. Great night sleep!!

I had NO (ZERO) housekeeping services during my seven night stay. No made bed, no clean towels, NOTHING!

We love our time at Sonesta. Our home away from home when in the Lehigh Valley visiting family and friends. Staff are the best!!

Extra charge for a 1 hour later checkout with less than half the hotel full Extra charge to rent towels you can use in the pool area (you can't take the towels from your room) $100 damage deposit required to stay No free breakfast First room we were given smelled strongly of mold from a water leak that wasn't taken care of properly. To their credit, they did transfer to another room that was much better (kinda surprised they didn't charge for that) We joked as we left "surprised they didn't charge for parking! Shocking they didn't charge extra for the luggage cart!" We did not feel like guests here. If you are going to be in the hospitality industry, you really should be hospitable. Forgot to mention the airplane noise.... Goes right over your room

Walls are very thin - you could hear TVs and normal conversation from adjoining rooms. When cleaning staff started in the morning they were laughing and having loud conversations in the hallway. The housekeeper next door (direct observation) played loud music through headphones that was very disruptive. I like seeing employees enjoy their job and interact well with others but this was not considerate of hotel guests that may have still been sleeping.
