It’s bad maintenance

Didn't clean the room at first night, then we told them we need room service at the second day morning and they didn't clean the room again. Then they just come into the room when we stay in the room.

Breakfast was just normal stuff, nothing special.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sleepless Hotel. Great new secret for me. Next visit in Champaign I will be staying there. Day staff is top notch!!! Great professionalism. Can't say enough about this young man. Kudo to him. Ask a question and received direct kind responses. Keep up the AWESOME service. Would like for management to reach out to share some constructive criticism.

Very clean and quiet place probably will be booking for next visit again

For the price this was a very nice stay. Stopped here on the way to our destination. The front desk staff was very nice. Quite clean hotel with a good value.

could here some stomping around and general noise both upstairs and outside my room but overall it was clean and comfortable.

I just hate the customer service there I hate the people there they're rude they borrowed me for no reason they didn't even tell me why I was on the do not rent to this they never even informed me of what the situation went was and when was the situation they just tell me I couldn't stay there and kicked me out and then I couldn't even get another room so I had to sleep outside because I have to wait days before I can even get my money back on my card it just was a horrible experience
