The worst part was, they saw we weren’t locals, and since we wanted to check in early, they said we’d have to take a room without a bathtub. I told them, “My room includes a bathtub, doesn’t it? Or are you going to give me a refund then?” Only then did they say they’d check if there was one ready. And later, they even gave me fewer amenities just because I checked in alone — they only gave one bottle of water instead of two, and even took away one of the room key cards.

All of your staff were amazing, very friendly, very kind and always made you feel at home. My wife and I loved it and WE WILL return to this hotel because of your staff. WE ARE SOOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN!!!!! Please give them all a raise to keep them from not finding a new job. Keep all of your staff, great help is hard to find.

Staff at the reception desk and concierge were very nice and helpful. Gave us good information and assisted in booking a nice four hours tour of Lima as well as dinner reservation in one of Limas best restaurants. Room was relatively big, clean with comfortable king size bed.
