性价比高的住宿。

It was my first time booking a hotel on Expedia. The experience was good. There were two front desks downstairs. I checked in smoothly. Although my English was not very good, I was very patient in explaining and introducing! The room was clean, bright, comfortable and spacious! The overall environment and cost performance were very good! Toiletries were also available! But there were no disposable slippers. It was also good to have carpet in the room.

The staff was very kind and welcoming but our room smelled like it had water damage or something.

Excellent, I left the Red Roof Inn and switch to Baymont by Wyndham Detroit Airport/Romulus and it was a total excellent experience, and I was at total peace of mind, body, and soul, however, there was only one issue which can be in a somewhat way overlooked in the bathroom ceiling look as if the room above had a water leak and caused slight damage to the ceiling. Other than that it yet still was excellent thank you Baymont..

Only one night stay but all was good

The cost, close to the airport, breakfast and the 24 hour airport shuttle

Clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom and room carpet could have been cleaner. A few lights out and bathroom fan didn’t work. Surprised that Wyndham has this property among their usually higher quality properties.

The airport shuttle was right on time. The rooms and the hotel were nice. Always, etc. were still a little outdated. For some reason. The pillows on the bed were extra small and a little difficult to use overall it was a decent experience.

Tub water faucet broken, water leak above toilet, burned out bulbs.

Shuttle took about 15 minutes to arrive. Check-in and check-out staff were great. Room smelled and felt muggy. My 3yo found a half eaten burger in the space between the headboard and bed as soon as we arrived. Water leaked everywhere from the shower. Breakfast was mediocre.

Telephon not working in thevroom. Alarm clock not working. No full size curtains in the window (1st floor!!!) No lock on the window!!!! Someone tried to look inside thecroom! Veey unsafe!

Problem with the shuttle is that from outside the USA you cannot get in touch with the hotel to confirm details. There is wifi at the airport but no places to purchase a local SIM card. After waiting over an hour and checking with various bus drivers I eventually learnt that the shuttle bus would have the ‘Gateway’ sign on the front. Numerous hotel names on the slide of the bus but nothing to indicate it was the Baymont by Wyndham.

Needs an update

The front girl was not very friendly or welcoming like others I had before. THEN, it was so loud passed midnight, almost like a party next room over. Some banging was happening and pot headboard was actually moving. We called the front staff and the said they’ll take care of it BUT the noise continued until 5 am or so. Waited a while for eggs and sausages to be refilled and then the forks!!!! Cleaning was good but not the best.

The first room I was given was Smokey , no towels, the second room was below average

Baymount is a great hotel for the price. Near the airport and easy to get to the rental car place. I really enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it.
