The room had kitchen top edging that was falling off. In the bathroom there was no soap, Kleenex, and no TP holder and was just sitting on the counter. Had a smell of cigarette smoke still in it, although it was a non-smoking hotel. Not really good service, and no coffee or breakfast even when it said breakfast included when I booked.

Based on price and cleanliness I would not stay here again

Located close to shopping mall, dining options and highway access; Front desk hours of 10 am to 10 pm was not convenient for early check-out and late check-in; Although staff was trying to be accommodating the steel, large roll-down gate at front desk was a bit daunting; Limited towels and extra toiletries not available when requested; Comfortable bed and spacious room with good water pressure in bathroom.

Booked into a room that was not cleaned, and had no bed coverings, no towels or toilet paper, and a broken and disassembled stove. Elevator did not work either when I arrived. Night hotel clerk set up for TOTAL FAILURE by hotel mis-management!! WORST hotel experience ever!!!

Do Not Stay at this hotel!! Get what you pay for is a under statement. Lesson learned, never again at a Extended a Stay!!!!

The most horrific experience

Very sketchy. Gave The Shining vibes. I was sure we were going to turn down a hallway and twin girls would be standing at the end. And even if they weren’t the smell of all the weed from different rooms would have given us all a contact high and we would have imagined twin girls stand at the end of the hallway. We dropped off our luggage and went to a brewers game and when we came back, all of our stuff smelt like 1970 and weed.

The hall way stinks so bad like cat piss. Would never stay there again. But, you get what you pay for. Everyone smokes directly outside the doors too. Gross!

This location was NOT clean. Filthy room, bathroom and kitchenette equipment. Fridge and microwave, dated and dirty. Bedding full of stains and hair. Would never return.

Love that place

If you want to use your kitchen you have to buy the kit and take it with you. It smelled like marijuana. I was not pleased with the service of the front desk, although the lady that was on-call was pleasant and efficient. It was not worth what I paid.

Wasn’t aware that you had to buy the kitchen and dinner set for the room the provided a stove and fridge.

The property didn't even have glasses on the bathroom. It was a very stark room with NO amenities

The hotel was not clean. Vent in bathroom was clog with dust, food was sitting in microwave when I enter in room, food from last visitor. Garbage was sitting in bathroom can, lights in lap had dust surrounding light and shade. I had to put towel on chair before sitting, because was chair was stained and dirty. I only got 2 large towels and 2 face towels for my 6 day visit. Room service was not offered.

Basic but very clean and phenominal service. Will stay again

The corporate (?) decision to not offer coffee is a game changer - and NOT for the better.
