Very clean hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast area was great and the offerings were good. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We came for a FUNEral from NYC NY We were tired and sad Robyn (robin?) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome arriving a little too early She put out cookies and made fresh coffee and made us feel cared for All the staff was amazing Providing water and fever relief in the middle of the night xtra blanket Just really the humanity of your staff made all the difference during this very difficult time Thank you We will always stay here when we return Emily Fulton Myers

The breakfast options are limited (no gluten-free options) and there were no herbal teas.

Front desk staff was nice good breakfast in the morning it's nice when you get coffee and cookies all night

Everything was great except for the toilet not working correctly and leaking. I had to clean up water in the bathroom so it was not fun. But the customer service was beyond excellent with the other stuff. The breakfast was good everything else is great 🤗

Always a decent stay here with our senior dog. He likes the place, the staff is nice and friendly. Its good for a few days when we travel out of state to be with family.

Check-in was pretty smooth and the staff was friendly, however we had an issue with cleanliness. There were several hairs found in the bed and some in the shower. The issue was reported to the front desk manager and she agreed to come up and change our bedding. I had to assist as she admitted to never making a bed before. Though she was very nice and apologetic, the experience was still disappointing, to say the least. We usually stay here every year, but may consider other options next time.

Very nice hotel - great staff, clean and in good condition, the bed was comfortable & TV large. Had a couch, small table, and a desk - well equipped for business or social travel. Breakfast was good. The area is very busy but has anything a traveler could want. Right off the turnpike!

We had a very enjoyable stay. I was traveling with my small dogs. I was so happy that Hampton Inn offered pet friendly rooms. Having breakfast available each morning was great.

I suspect that many of the 10-point ratings were written by hotel management. The only great thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which was bounteous. The room was worn and smelled odd. The furniture was chipped and mismatched. The coffee maker was dusty. The nightstand drawer kept sliding open by itself. The wifi worked in the lobby but we couldn't get a signal in the room.
