Everything was perfect. Spot on. Will definitely be staying here again.

The bathroom was awful, the shower head detached from the wall, trim beside the bathtub had a big hole and the caulking was peeled off dirty and tiles were loose. If I could attach pictures I would.

Great room. Right by the water. We did have a ground floor room which had cold floors by the sliding door. It’s was very cold weather when we stayed there. Could use some extra insulation

Room was clean. Enjoyed the fact that the rooms were not carpeted. The washrooms are tight to navigate if you are bigger and the baseboard heaters are on all the time so I had to use AC to counter the heat. Obviously in the winter time you need to be prepared to be outside to use the amenities. Breakfast was a nice add on also.

The room was good. Not enough options for breakfast. The main issue was noise coming from the room above us till 3am. Not only people were talking too loudly, but also footsteps and like pushing something on the ground.

Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. I rated four star instead of five because I could easily and consistently hear someone above me walking around what seemed like a heavy thudding foot!

Noise from upstairs, (room) was little much. I think this due to the type of floor (wood).

The first room was musty and old. Talked to the front desk and they gave us another room in complex #3. Was much better. This hotel needs a lit of upgrading to be a hotel. Otherwise, it shoildve a mitel.
