Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number - which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Even though they are using a third party for room service, would it be that hard for the reception to have the menu themselves and know the number? Second, when i explained to her I was sick and i needed room service. She simply said i am sorry but you need to come downstairs to meet me in reception. I proposed to give her the order number and she help me to dial. She refused to do it. I was pretty upset. If i were okay to go downstairs, why would not I go to the cafe just 4 steps away from my room? At last, i hung up the phone with extreme disappointment. I figured an alternative way to order room service is online (which does not have English version btw) - another ridiculous point about the lady that she does not know this way to order. I have never been this upset with a hotel before. Do not expect basic courtesy from the reception lady. And Wifi sucks too! Took minutes to load video or pictures.

Nice hotel. A lot of places to eat around. The people were wonderful.

Clean rooms and easy check in. Great staff and the rooftop terrace is great with very friendly staff.

Location was super - walkable to all and near great cafes, bars, restaurants in vibrant part of city. Service and front desk staff were excellent. The hotel is different as it surrounds a cool outdoor exposed courtyard. Our room was plenty large enough, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The room had obviously had smoking guests recently as even with AC and window opened, the smell continued. Not too bad, but it might help to do some cleaning aimed at smoke smell.

Cómoda habitación

We enjoyed three nights at the hotel. Easy taxi ride to city center. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The staff was wonderfully helpful

Un desastre, para mí lo mínimo es colchón cómodo y agua caliente, y no cumplió en esos mínimos, pero suma y sigue. Intentamos llamar al hotel durante horas para ver si podíamos meter el coche en el parking y nadie cogía el teléfono, el agua de la ducha sin tocar nada, ardía o congelada, y si intentamos moverte la ducha resbalaba muchísimo y me caí, paredes de papel que se escuchaba todo, sabanas de plástico. No hemos dormido nada. Un desastre, paredes rotas, vaya, parece mono pero mejor no alojarte.

The staff was very nice and professional. The interior patio was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ambiance right outside was very lively and fun.

Always love to stay here when I come to Seville. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the hotel is peaceful, looks and smells amazing. See you next year!

Zimmer, Lage, Personal topp - Frühstück (Marmelade usw. könnte weniger Verpackung haben....)

Perfecte slaapplek om Sevilla te verkennen. Enige nadeel is de airco op kamer. Die blaast hard in je gezicht of je moet hem uit doen. Maar dan is het weer te heet. Wij hebben het bed elke nacht naar de andere kant geschoven voor het slapen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel im Anschluss an eine Rundreise sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Wir kamen am Vormittag an und durften schon unsere Zimmer beziehen. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt, erhielten schon beim Check-in einen Stadtplan mit allen erforderlichen Informationen. Würden wir wieder buchen.
