The location is very great, but the room so dirty and smelly. The kitchen also not so completed.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Dekat dengan Queen Victoria Market, pusat perbelanjaan, stasiun dan restoran. Staff hotel ini cukup ramah. Kamar cukup luas dan nyaman. Hanya aja tidak disediakan slipper.

The service is not recommended and unsatisfying. I had an issue during check in, the customer service was not informative enough. I would say this hotel very not recommended for stay in Melbourne. I left my jacket in the room and they did not contact me or even give it to me back.

Home away from home. Great location. Very clean. Cons: no housekeeping provided. Only total of 24 hours free wifi given for whole stay; gotta logout each time to "save" the allowance.
