Convenient location, beautiful upgraded rooms with recent renovation. Walkable to many restaurants. Pool under construction currently.

Yeah very nice hotel very comfortable liked it a lot.

The hotel.was beautiful! I did have a couple issues...one being no bars in shower. Very scary taking a shower with nothing to hang on to. Also no rack to put luggage on, so had to lay it on floor. Other than that, bed was very comfortable.

I have stayed at this property twice when I have been visiting Boise. The staff is always friendly and this time we ate a few times in the restaurant. The food and service were amazing. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Everything was great. The food was excellent. They’re just doing construction now and it’s pretty loud. The gym is under construction. But everything else is lovely.

Great stay but the AC was not cooling the room very well. Usually I sleep at home with mine set at 70 degrees. We turned it down to 67 and were still warm while sleeping.

Staff was fantastic. Location is great. Only downside is that they cannot offer true hypoallergenic rooms if people have pet allergies since no rooms or floors are currently protected from having dogs stay in them. In a time when many customers lie about their pets being service animals, and staff accept whatever is claimed, those with allergies need to ask hotels to please reserve pet-free rooms for the sake of the high percentage of the population with dog allergies who are looking for hypoallergenic accommodations.

We had a very interesting time. First off, you all need to work on sound proofing the rooms. People talking in connecting rooms with a door, sounds like the people are right in the room with you speaking normally. The door shutting in the hallways rattled the whole floor. There was a guy next door that would get up and clear his.lungs like he was a TB patient every morning. This was hard ti listen to at 730 am. Harder was our last night there, he had a woman there, who had not been there previously, and it was like being in a porno. You need to do something about this. The thickness of the walls between other rooms without doors between seems to work well, but connecting doors and hallway doors need work. As a note we stayed in a revovated part of the hotel. You all need to do better, especially if someone has kids.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, but the renovations occurring every morning, which seemed just above me (at one stage I rushed into bathroom thinking someone had fallen through), was just too much. It made the stay not a good one. No offer of breakfast or even a drink at the bar to compensate. Paid in advance, so I guess no one cared

We were not satisfied during this stay. Mainly because of the renovations- we are super bummed they are “modernizing” their rooms/hotel. We loved the older feeling the hotel had. We switched rooms due to this and were put in an older room- which still looked updated besides the stained carpet and outdated bathroom. I did not check bedding before we slept due to our busy schedule, but woke up the next morning and noticed a big water mark or some sort of spill on one of the pillow cases. There was also no microwave in our room which seems off but this one I’m not sure if the hotel accommodates. Sad to say this will be our last stay there due to all of this. Plus their pricing has become outrageous. We booked in May and still paid $300- booked hotels with better rooms for cheaper downtown Boise.

The Grove Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Boise just a few blocks from the Capital. One of the things I enjoyed was the excellent selection of places to eat nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and a great spot to stay. If ever in Boise I would definitely stay at The Grove again.

Other than the renovations (which we were notified well in advance) everything was amazing! We waited for the airport shuttle and got there early and they accommodated us and very friendly and kind!

Took 20 minutes to get a room that wasn’t occupied.

For the “nicest hotel in Boise” the room actually felt really small and generally meh.

Very fun! Getting to borrow bikes was the highlight. Gym is amazing!

DO NOT BOOK THE GROVE- Heed my warning, friends. I've driven past this hotel a million times and thought it looked so beautiful and upscale. And for $250 a night- I expected nothing less. The lobby was gorgeous and made me extremely excited to see the room. After a rather blunt check in from a staff member who seemed like they were having a bad day handed my key (and didn't tell me where the room was, I had to ask) My wife and I made our way up to the room and opened our door with titillating anticipation...Only to be met with what can only be described as the worlds most basic hotel room. It wasn't nice, it wasn't upscale, it was dated and badly decorated. The sheets were cheap, the tv was straight out of the 90s with (OLD) movies to rent for 21 dollars. Yes. You read that right. All while constant drilling was coming from the floor above. We complained immediately an they drove us down to another hotel they owned down the street and gave us a room. It was a nice room, but not $250 a night nice. They didn't offer us any refund or money off and didn't even apologise. Will never stay here again, couldn't pay me to.

We were in a newly renovated room. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a little hard to manage. It wouldn't cool down to the temperature we set it.
