1. Property/Unit was stinky (Cigarette). 2. Not a box of tissues (can you believe it!!) 3. No hair dryer 4. No iron and iron board 5. No exhaust fan with bathroom (yes you read right!!) 6. No cooking utensils for usage (option was to buy instead!!!!why would I buy and carry with me… if so I would have brought it myself at the first place) This will be our last time staying in extended stay ever

Just bad overall. Sticky floors, POTENT and PERMANENT cigarette smell, strands of hair in the bed. Just bad overall. Staff was very nice though. Also there’s no 24 hr service, so if you need something the staff can’t help

As soon as I opened the room door it was an odor(old smell) in the room. There was one bar of soap. The carpet is super dirty and the carpet is hazardous due to it being rips in it. I paid $253 to stay in a uncomfortable room. It was 10:55 am when the housekeeper banged on the door as if we wasn't already aware of the check out time. Honestly,I wouldn't recommend 2700 Slater as a location to stay. The front desk lady was nice but everything else is a thumbs down.

The hotel is supposed to be non smoking, and the rooms smell like it was smoked in just 10mins before entering. It was so strong of a smell. The condition of the room was horrible. Ceiling was peeling, carpet stained, front door bent, safety latch broken. The only thing was nice was the lady who checked me in, super nice and understanding. I couldn’t stay with the room like that and the smell unbearable. I went to another hotel. Never again.

The room was FILTHY.Condom wrappers under the bed . Hair visibly in The shower. Fridge rusty and dirty. Stove top rusty.. no dishes to cook. I asked for extra towels and was. Told I had to pay

The front desk was awesome Kenyatta nice and friendly. The room was in need of some TLC. They have not dusted in years. The furniture needed to be replaced. On the positive side I didn’t see any bed bugs or roaches. The tv work and the elevator. I did not encounter any rowdy behaviour. The hotel is extremely close to the airport so you could hear some of the planes flying overhead at night.

My stay was great, except learning upon return to bed down on the second night, my payment to my third party did not reach the desk of the Extended Stay. Not willing to tarnish my integrity, I paid what was said to be owed. A couple of hours after checkout, I received a call to inform me that I was being given a refund of the second payment, and that the initial payment had finally been received. Now... this all occurred because I was trying to "sneak in past curfew," meaning after the close of the office. It took what felt like FOREVER to get someone down to get that keycard reworked. June came to my aid, and with both of us having what may be several decades of customer service experience between us, she brought her cool to the party. I was not a happy camper, because it was late, I was tired, my seafood was getting cold, and was not informed before meeting June that assistance could take up to 30min, but something about her pulled most of the wind from my sails right away. We talked for a good while, and may need to talk some more over a drink or two! I will definitely stay again, especially if June is there.

Pubic hairs in shower, room smelled of smoke. Cigarette burns on bed, desk and night stand.

No curtains on window, and blinds were about 6 inches two narrow for window. Had to ask for a blanket to cover window. Phone in room didnt work. No ice machinne on property.
