Both service and food are so good. Location and traffic is also so visitor-friendly. The gentleman at reception can even speak some mandarin. It really makes me feel warm. Wish to visit again.

The hotel is right by the train station so you can walk over there. Also the Tourist Information office is very close and so are the old historic town, shopping areas and the Cathedral. The front desk is rather aloof and won’t make any effort to greet you or anything but overall the room is clean and spacious.

1. the hotel is under construction, the room facility is not ready to serve customers 2. many designs and items in the room are terrible, the water in shower room blocked there. and even no refrigerator and safe box in room, and not mention of tea maker and tea bag or even a cup in room. hard to believe it is 4 star hotel. When we ask reception, she even says they don't list these in website, thus they have no need to provide these in room. really ridiculous answer and service. 3. the bath-towel even has hairs on it! 4. The night we check in, the hotel manager is very unfriendly, even reception wants to help, but manager rejected. All staffs there look unhappy and feel bothered when you ask them information. 5. Really bad hotel 很糟的飯店 經理及服務人員都很不友善也不願意協助旅客 每天看到的員工看起來都很不開心 一直臭臉 應該是在法國遇到最誇張的飯店 淋浴間剛裝修好卻一直賭塞 和網路上照片差很多 變得現代化但裝修的顏色是恐怖的紫色 房間裡什麼東西都沒有 新的毛巾上甚至有別人的體毛 很噁心 房間連個杯子 茶包都沒有 也沒冰箱 保險箱和熱水壺

Close to the train station as well as a few local tour spots. The front desk receptionist speaks fluent English, is very friendly and very efficient. Our room was a bit small but was consistent with the price we paid. It was very clean. The breakfast was also quite nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

A little dated, but a worthwhile place to stay. Loved the stainless steel swimming pool. Excellent location near train station, shops, tourism office and 10-15 min walk to most Tours sites.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Zentrum von Tours mit einer grossartigen Lobby, einer wohlsortierten Bar und außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Der Pool ist « Nice to have ». Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, die keinen Wunsch offenliessen.

My massage at the spa was amazing. however, the room that I stayed in-could’ve used some plaster and paint.

Chambre très spacieuse, au calme. Literie incroyable. Espace détente un peu décevant car fermeture du hammam definitive apparemment et jacuzzi un peu petit. Piscine agréable pour se délasser après les visites. Personnel impeccable et petit déjeuner très complet et agréable dans la salle de restaurant.
