Close to Pizzeria, Tim Hortons and Shell gas - perfect for road trip :) Nice breakfast; good variety of food. No elevator :(

The facilities were quite good. City construction made access difficult

Lumière du stationnement qui entre dans la chambre, air climatisé très bruyante. Je n’y retournerais pas et ne le recommanderais pas à mes amis, très dispendieux en comparaison d’autres hôtels à Val Dior qui sont un peu plus chers, mais plus récents!

The air conditioner didn’t work, hardly slept and weren’t able to get a discount. Carpet was filthy and room had a bad odour

Back door did not have a latch/lock Locked with a wooden piece. This was Not acceptable for a deluxe room.

L’endroit est un peu vieillot, mais les lits sont confortables, la chambre d’une belle dimension. Le service est vraiment génial! Les gens tout à fait gentil! Et juste pour le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas seulement un petit déjeuner continental plate, mais un déjeuner complète…..gaufres, œufs, saucisses ou bacon, patate, pâtisserie, céréales et fruits. Tout a été parfait dans notre séjour. Merci

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The rest of it was bad. The room was smelly, the bed uncomfortable and the fridge didn't keep the food cold. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order so plan b was out the door. Now I don't know if it was just luck of the draw but the clientele made me double check the locks on the door.

Personnel peu aidant, 2 fois un employé est venu pour la télévision et nous n avons jamais pu regarder la télévision.... La machina a glace ne fonctionnait pas, on ma dit tres cavalièrement d aller m en acheter... L employé en service n a pas été capable de me conseiller un seul resto. J ai demandé pour un verre de lait au déjeuner, la dame m a expliquer que je n avais pas droit de boite un verre de lait...wue c était uniquement pour les céréales...jamais été insulté comme ca dans un déjeuner fournis. Omettes pas mangable, Jamais ete si mal servi dans un confort inn de ma vie... Y a t il quelqu'un qui pourraiscfaire quelque chose pour moi... Merci Vraiment déçu,

There was a power outage on the night we were staying there, likely due to the construction on the building. We had been warned that there would be *no water* on the day of our check-out, but no warning about complete lack of power. Thus, there was no "breakfast" the next morning, and our fridge didn't work to keep my medication cold (not to mention the TV, lights, etc. etc.). We couldn't even charge our phones. There was no explanation and no refund. Extremely poor hotel experience, and virtually zero customer service.
