Je n’ai pas aimer mon séjour car il y avait un problème avec l’air climatisé il fesait tellement froid qu’on n’a pas dormi et nous avons essayé d’appeler à la réception à plusieurs reprises et personne ne nous a repondu

Room and Hotel great! Nice staff. Parking area is desperately in need of a sweeping. A few flowers outside would be nice.

La location de ce resort est correcte, mais il y a une odeur désagréable qui persiste..cela semble venir des tapis….Je prendrais la catégorie offerte comme « de luxe » ou la plus haute classe !!! Bye-bye!

le déjeuner inclus était bien et pratique. il y avait des rénovations, donc moins d'espace de stationnements. aucun lit de bébé disponible, ce qui était problématique pour notre famille.

Bathtub was clogged. No ice - said it was broken. Booked queen beds- gave us doubles. No creamers for coffee. Only had decaf in the room. TV was not user friendly. Loud- ppl yelling in the halls at 6am calling the same name over and over.

It wasn’t 100% what I thought not like the other rooms they used to rent

Snow all around the property. Black ice No salt Sofas in lobby were dirty. No water in the lobby Business Center out of service Room light not working. Very very limited vegetarian options in breakfast.

Found the heat control lacking. Cold nights with having to wear extra clothing layers.
