Clean & tidy

Breakfast was ok . Rooms outdated Really close to Boston Pizza . Pool was fine.

Nice place, affordable. Belle place pas chère. Bon petit resto pour déjeuner au coin de la rue et un resto en face de l'hôtel

I had a lot of ants in my room. Brought it up to the staff, and they switched my room. Certainly wasn’t expecting ants, lol!

The included breakfast was not great….options were minimal and food was a bit cold. Rooms could use updating a bit and I would’ve preferred an area rug in the room as it was only vinyl flooring. Also, not sure about other rooms, but ours did not have a hallway light at the door….yiu have to go further into the room and it was on the walk. I prefer a ceiling light right when you walk in the room.

The staff, for the most part, was not very friendly unless directly spoken to they tried to avoid eye contact with guests. We stayed for 7 days and only got room service once during our stay. When we asked the front dest they told us it was their policy to only do room service every 3 nights and if we needed more towels, to come ask at the front desk. The free breakfast was nice, and there was a good variety of food. We did not go, but a lot of people seemed to enjoy the pool area.

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Piscine chaude et assez bien entretenue. Belle salle d'entraînement. Déjeuner satisfaisant. Personnel dévoué et sympathique. Ascenseur vieillot, mais fonctionnel. Décoration des corridors en cours (travaux?). Tapisserie arrachée qui donne une impression de "délabrement", mais seulement dans les corridors.

My stay was short. Didn't have time to use the gym but what I seen it looked adequate

The room was clean and tidy, location and parking situation was very convenient. Only thing if I have to mention, is that the if you have a loud neighbor, you could hear everything.

The room was ok. We were on the first floor and teenagers kept us up all night playing hockey IN THE HALLWAY right in front of our door. The staff did nothing. Terrible. Also, the rooms were NOT soundproof, we heard everything from the room next door. We were forced to keep our TV on all night to try to mask the sounds.

Room are totally outdated, they had water restrictions during our stay and no signs in the room to let us know and didn’t have water bottles in the room to accommodate us.
