Front desk woman was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet (no noisy A/C or heating unit). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I would like to see a plant milk (oat or soy, etc.) at breakfast for tea and coffee. Also, I suggest not using plastic cutlery, it's so wasteful and bad for the environment.

Decent hotel to stay overnight. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Had all we needed or wanted.

Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all.

I was there for a very short time but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was provided and had many options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast had cereal, waffles, home fries. One morning had bacon and scrambled eggs. Second morning had sausages and omelets. The hotel is situated at a great spot near highways 11 & 12 with plenty of close options for dining and coffee. There’s no elevator but there’s only two floors.

The young man that works the front desk needs training how to talk to costumers. He was snippy, full of attitude..didn’t crack a smile. We are not the only ones that noticed, as had a chat with others while walking down the hallway.

The only down side to this establishment is the small eating area for the complimentry breakfast.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we really appreciated the coffee that was available 24/7. We would stay here again.
