The hotel has been renamed as Spark Hotels, so had bit tough time locating the property. It was going through renovation with fresh paint smell, dust, noise. It was unbearable to stay in that room due to paint smell. Expedia was clueless about this when I reached out hoping to get some assistance on alternative accommodation. Their website didn’t showed the true state of property and weren’t much helpful in finding a solution at that hour. Their rep said that there is nothing available.

booked via third party; the fact that the hotel was under renovation was made clear. No pool, no hot tub, no hot breakfast. Same price. However, the room was excellent and there's a nice little cafe right across the parking lot.

A very good hotel

It was under construction. Didn't mind, just would have been good to know before I showed up. It should have been mentioned on the website.

The hotel was a mess. It was being changed to a different name - spark. No pool, hot tub, breakfast buffet.etc At check-in the clerk was inappropriate and stated an email was sent with all that info. I pulled up all correspondence and showed her that was not the case however, she still insisted she was correct. Television didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t stay closed - when it was bought to her attn. She insisted a wash cloth be used to keep the door closed. The stay was a huge disappointment.

It’s currently transitioning to the new Spark brand, so breakfast service and kitchen options are very limited. We would have chosen a different place had we known. On the plus side, the staff are friendly, which makes a difference. It got confused when we arrived there

We paid price Hampton inn and expected Hampton inn quality. When we arrived we they were in middle of remodeling to make spark. Which is way lower quality hotel.

When I arrived, I did not get the room that I paid for. This property was not even the Hampton Inn, but was under construction to become Spark. I did not know about the construction until I arrived. The first thing I was told is that I could cancel for a full refund. It was 10 pm when I arrived, so that was not an option.

The property was under construction I didn’t like how they did a barn door for the bathroom where we hear everything going on in the bathroom but the place is nice

Large room. On the process of renovation. No kitchen . Breakfast on the go.overall stay is good.

The room itself was clean. The people were noisy on the floor above us and all in the hallway on our actual floor. We checked in around 9 pm and the noise didn’t stop til around midnight to 1 am or so. This includes some kind of alarm or beeping in the hallway. People screaming, yelling and laughing in the hallway, slamming doors, and a dog barking. I booked the hotel for my family with I not knowing they were renovating so in the back there was construction debris, old matresses piled up etc. The lobby was completely closed. No breakfast except “to go” jt was just packages or tea and coffee and water. I wasn’t able to checkout in the morning because their systems were down due to moving their computers to a small office where we had to checkout.

We had ants in the room. 2 am firealarm went off due to electrical issue. Had to get out and sit in car for a while. Renovations going on,but was misleading that I booked it as Hampton Inn and was renamed. Also quality did not match up to a Hampton Inn hotel

I think the girl at the desk was awesome she was very friendly. Considering the hotel was under construction and the lobby was super hot no pool or exercise room or breakfast area we were well taken care of. The room was really nice very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again the next time im in the area.

Even though the set was under construction was far better cry than what where it was the staff was welcoming and accommodating I look forward to my return

It is not the Hampton Inn any more. It is Spark by Hilton. We spent alot of time driving up and down the street that the hotel is on, looking fof the Hampton Inn, and not being able to find it. Expedia needs to update this. They also should say that the hotel is being renovated so many features were not available. No breakfast.

I have stayed in hotel one night. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. However hallway, stairs and elevator need attention. Also breakfast was very limited.

Very nice staff. The hotel is under construction and lobby/pool were closed so that was a disappointment. Our room was quiet and clean and we only stayed one night. Overall good experience.
