Endroit très pratique pour un arrêt entre Montréal et Toronto.

Recently renovated with the landlord special. We paid for a room with two queens but in no universe were those standard spring coil abominations a queen; double at best. Cleanliness wasn't terrible besides a shower that wouldn't drain well (some short curly hairs left on the bathroom floor serve as a possible hint to the cause). Staff were reasonably helpful where needed. Overall verdict: the slightly higher cost to stay elsewhere nearby is quite possibly worth it

It was clean and close to the highway, but it was very noisy due to the old A/C units.

The bathroom was not cleaned when we had checked in. We also had a hole in the door with a small piece of tape for anyone to take off and look right inside the room. The hotel staff was able to find us more tape to put inside our room as a somewhat added protection. We asked to change rooms but apparently the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck with it. The buffet breakfast was good (standard scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, different toasts/bagel and yogurts)

We were told the hotel had been recently renovated and the front desk staff seemed very positive about it. They have removed the carpet from the rooms and the floors are laminate. It was hot and humid and the floors were sticky and and dirt and gravel from our shoes was stuck to our feet and then in our white bed- yuck. The glass shower doors had a mind of their own and kept opening during the shower- the floor was soaked and of curse there were only two bath towels... other than that- the bed was very comfortable. The price was way over the top for the " renovated" space and the crowds at the breakfast room were crazy!

Bad smell in our room. Couldn’t wait to leave

This hotel hosted our group of 12. Accommodating with check in, rooms are clean, nice breakfast selection. All staff were great. Would stay again in a similar situation.

Worst Hotel ever! Worst staff ever! Hair & dirt & bugs on the bathroom floor Over charged my card & then blamed me for there mistake The furniture in the room is faulty chair brakes from simple sitting on it & this gives them the authorization all of a sudden of to change someone credit card 500$ with no call to allow to explain yourself Never again staying @ that dump

Air and nail on thw floor and shower. Floor was dirty and air conditioning wasnt working properlly room stay hot. Otherwise everything was good.

Recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Belleville for business and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and my room was very clean and was fairly updated. Would stay again.
