Clean room, breakfast was okay but consider decent with the price we paid. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to montreal

The breakfast was fine, as expected. The parking was also fine. The room was clean and neat but there was a burnt out light I couldnt get the tv to work. Staff seemed dismisive of my concerns and couldnt resolve them (I was there a little afyer 4:00pm). An inconvenient room change and the issues were resolved.

A mon arrivée la receptionniste n'était pas présente. J'ai dû attendre plus de 10 minutes avec mes affaires. Ensuite l'indication de ma chambre a été baclée. Elle m'a juste donné ma clé et indiqué un couloir sans grande courtoisie.

Clean room, quiet, great location but need different breakfast menu everyday. Need also elevator to second floor where we stayed but overall good!

A strange thing happened! We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Booze containers on the table, bed not maid up, dirty linens In the bathroom. We went to the front desk and were given a new room that had been cleaned. This has never happened to me before. I’m not sure how to rate this.

Need to work on housekeeping and customer service. The guy Rudy was not very accommodating/ had an attitude problem. Not just with us but with multiple customers at the reception

It doesn’t have elevators. You walk all the way in the corridors nd take stairs
