The only negative was the main entrance was closed and it was not easy to find the entrance.

Excellent customer service from all departments. Room is spacious and clean with adequate amenities. Thank you!

Good place to stay.

First room smelled like a sewer contacted the front desk immediately after walking into room nothing was done in the first hour and a half then they change me to a different room WiFi was so bad couldn’t check a simple email I kept getting locked in my room the door wouldn’t open from the inside going out area was ugly check in was slow I did not like this property at all

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

They provided 2 towels per room although I booked it for 4. No cleaning service either during the day.

The concierge was very nice and sweet, the hotel was very clean and quiet.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet with friendly staff. Good restaurants all around and grocery stores were close. Close to the freeway and I would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, The small restaurant delivers quality food and drink. It’s my new place.

In process of construction at the front of hotel. They should have mentioned this when making reservations. Overall, a nice hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was just disappointed that it was not disclosed that hotel was under construction.

I was unaware remodeling was being done to the front of the facility and the signage to the entrance was not very visable

Hotel was fine. There is some building work going on to the entrance and it wasn’t obvious that the entrance was functioning - it was.
