The bathroom range is too small. TV size is very small , too.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient to reach downtown & airport, it’s a nice choice to stay while traveling to San Francisco.

Free parking means they will charge you 10 dollars per day.

我对酒店本身很满意，虽然不大但是很舒适，环境也不错，停车便利，酒店中庭的区域有一个露天烤火炉很适合朋友聊天小聚。缺点就是不包含早餐，前台不够热情。本来我订酒店的时候已经在网上支付过费用了，但是办理入住的时候前台除了耍担保金以外又一次扣除了我的房费，后来找到前台他们才给我退出来，可是退还时间很慢。这样的低级错误真不应该发生。除了这点问题总的来说我还是很满意，以后还会选择这里。

Check-in was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes and we were the only customers there the first 20! Staff was untrained and left to fend for herself. Did not receive the rooms we had earlier called and confirmed. Room itself was lovely. Close proximity to airport was both a blessing and a curse. Planes take off ALL night long interrupting sleep. We were double billed for parking which they said they will correct. Given all the problems we had even though the room was nice, we would not stay there again.

The A/C in the room very noisy and the coffee machine was replaced in the morning. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Clean room

The staff was amazing! Exceptional service from housekeeping Shorly was very attentive. Left our room very clean & brought the extra towels requested. She was very friendly & professional. We want to return because of the great customer service. Thank you!!

standard but good

Conveniently located close to freeway, but quiet.

Great food close by and the hotel is super quiet, and extremely clean impressed by the cleanliness for sure!

翌日の早い便での出発のため利用しましたが、早朝から空港へのシャトルサービスがあり良かったです。

Building has only one elevator which is located as far from the check in desk as possible.And depending on your room location very far from your room. if you have luggage this can be very annoying. If I had known this would have probably booked a different hotel
