The property was in a great location - however upon arrival we had 2 towels in the room when we were 3 people - the conditioner was empty. They did not clean the room so towels were never replenished so both days we had to ask for towels. I feel like the first day of check in we should have towels and all the shower studs should be filled. The staff was. Wet courteous and brought to us however I don’t feel like I should have had to ask.

Awesome place.

The property was well maintained and centrally located. The build is a little older but had a slight historic feel with a modern twist.

The room was a bit worn looking. Stains in the carpet, stains on the tile. But it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was good.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Perfect for concerts at Amalie Arena. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife close by.
