Breakfast was mouldy (noticed after eating some), a pain in the behind to gwt more than one towel dispote checking in a family of 4.

Terrible place and very dirty

I probably use 30 rooms a year. I know what I am saying. Our reservation for a queen size bed was given away. Check in , which usually takes 5 to 10 minutes took 22 minutes.?? Clerk had difficulty The exterior of the property is very tired......parking areas in poor condition The maid had left the remains of the last occupier use of coffee machine ... not clean. The wall paper near the air unit was peeling off. The buttons for the heat / AC were grimy...quite dirty. For $250..I would expect a lot more. My estimate is the room was worth $80.... $100 with tax

The pool was closed with no explanation, hallways were stinky and HOT, our door keys did not work so front desk had to let us in. The whole locking system was broken on our room. We couldn’t come and go.

The pool was closed. The hotel was old. It was like the Bates motel.

It is old, smelly, and our ac unit did not work. Door knob for the bathroom was on backwards. Not accessible, always 3-4 stairs.

The customer service was prompt and very helpful. The room was clean and inviting.

A pretty standard hotel

Convient off the 401 with lots of parking. I arrived 20 minutes early but no way was i allowed in. Whole facilities were clean but very dated. And expensive, maybe not for that area, but still.

Hotel and my room was very clean, breakfeast was great, as where the staff who delivred ice to my room when i called to mention there was no ice bucket.the hotel is a little dated but this keeps costs low and gets passed on to customers/I have stayed a dozen or so hotels in the last 2years an this was by far my best experience/Convenienlty loated on the hiway 401 its close to kingston gannanoque smith falls so its a great hub, at a good price compared to hotesl in kingston of less qualtiy

Staff were quite helful. Its an old property. Everything was fine.

Les lieux étaient vraiment vieux, bol de toilette datait de 10 ans aux moins. Porte de toilette qui ne ferme pas. Odeur dans le couloir et chambre qui sentait la moisissure. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Very unclean, no elevator available in the facility.

It was adequate: -shower, had to fiddle around to find hot water - towels OLD, tears in some and others discoloured - tired looking.

Corridors and rooms smell bad. All the doors are open to everyone and it is not safe. Security deposit is exaggerated.it doesn’t deserve to deposit 200 as a security for this hotel. I won’t recommend.

Staff @ front desk, most helpful - went beyond required duty and arranged an alternate room to be cleaned to provide us with a walk-in shower vs. tub/shower unit. Eighty + year old tenants have difficulty using a tub as shower stall.

It was a dump!

Staff was friendly and property was nice and clean. It was nice and quiet.
