The premises is getting old, might need renovation soon. The area is convenient with lots of restaurants around, of course Markham not a very vibrant area by all means, but its still very accessible. The staff has been helpful, and overall it’s a good stay.

This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. She is a genuinely nice person, always has a good smile, and kept our room neat and tidy. On the other hand, we feel parking should not be charged on top of the room price.

I stayed there for 6 nights. After the first night, I asked to change the room because the air conditioner was noisy and disturbed my sleep. They promised verbally, but in the end they said there were no rooms and gave the room to the guest who checked in. I asked to change the room in the morning, and the front desk said they would clean it and change it after 3 pm. After 3 pm, they told me that the room was given to the new guest. This experience was very bad. Hilton will not be my choice of accommodation next time.

酒店人員友善，房間的床夠容納6人，游泳池的水溫合適，是個短期假期的理想選擇。 可是房間黑暗，房間空氣侷促，好像有點空氣不流通，希望酒店可以加以改善。

Big room great location

Customer service very slow and unresponsive. The staff seems overstretched. The guest service line is often busy or you’re put on hold for a long time. Also, there is too much outside noise in neighboring rooms with big gatherings.

We got a newly renovated room with very bad odor. We asked to change room immediately but were told that we had to wait until the following morning. We tried to turn on the fan to make the air more circulated but it wasn’t working, we had to call service in order for them to fix it. We stayed in the room until 3am but couldn’t sleep due to the odor and asked again to switch room. This time we were given another room which we loved to snd see rated until we left. The towel was also found with other people’s hair in it when we used it. Overall, we were not satisfied with the quality, and then they refused to not charge us for that night even though we didn’t really get to sleep due to the odor and the moving.

The Staff is horrible esp. The night staff and even Day staff is horrible. Rudest people they have hired. No customer service skills atall, fire them all and hire better people. And the housekeeping sucks too, the rooms and toilets are not clean when u arrive everything is dirty in the toilet, and then you have to ask them to clean n its a whole hassle switching suites again n again. Horrible experience noway this is 4 star, this should be a 2 star hotel. Only the restaurant guys are nice and courteous.

I disagree completely that they would not take Apple Pay for incidentals This is the 21st century Although a room refund was issued- it doesn’t make up for having to relocate to the Hilton Hotel late at night post hospital discharge with a fractured hip
