Staff was great. Our son even lost a toy in the fountain and they retrieved it for us. We come once a year and we will always stay there now

Had used this property for many years for KHP functions. Came back after 6 years to new policies and no repairs. Bathroom picture had a smashed frame, tub was chipped, baseboard chipped and frayed by tub. Door to room edge wood frayed, had to shove on door to get it open. Parking now $15 a day (!!!) for a $200 per night mediocre room. Housekeeping made one of two beds over the 3 night stay for 2 people. So sad this propert has not held status. I wont return.

The property was beautiful from the moment we walked it to the room. The dining was great we would definitely go again

I hope corporate and managers see this. Why is it so hard to get staff to come in and make beds and put out clean towels. I asked for one visit for a 3 night stay. I specifically asked the desk to have the service come into my room. We got fresh towels and old ones taken away. No beds made no trash and emptied and they were FULL. Moldy areas in the tub tile. 3 pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Nearly empty and teetering on the little ledge. People for $300-ish a night I expect better. Marriott for my visit next summer. So sad I have been coming here every summer for 8 years. Not the same. Won’t come back.

Convenient amd clean

The A/C was barely functioning and the room was warm. We had to call for sheets and pillows for pull out. The tv in the bedroom wasn’t working and needed adjusting to work by a tech. The drapes were sagging, the rungs on the shower curtain were bent not holding in the shower curtain. There was some makeup or something on the inside of the bathroom door that should have been wiped off. The Kleenex box was at the end with the blue stripe but there wasn’t a replacement box in the bathroom and the tub looked rusted and dirty. The main atrium halls needed vacuuming and the bench seating in the bar area had crumbs in the creases of the seat and on the table. I’m shocked. We stayed 10 years ago and loved it. The food at the bar was great and still is and that is the only good thing I have to say. Even the breakfast food was cold and terrible. I don’t know what happened but we won’t be back again.

We have stayed here numerous times over the years. The hotel is in need of some upkeep. We did appreciate the made to order breakfast and the pet friendly environment. Unfortunately they do charge for parking along with our visitors that came one evening and had to pay $20 just to visit us and have dinner there. I did enjoy the gym area which had a variety of cardio and weight equipment. Outside pool area has some chairs that are broken and should be removed from the area. Pool could be cleaner, we chose not to swim.

The hotel looked great from the outside. We checked in, were provided with no information about the property (we missed out on complimentary snacks since we were not told). We did ask a maintenance worker where the pool was and he kindly gave us directions. We had no idea when breakfast would be so we searched for that answer as well. The hotel overall feels like a maze with all the walls and plants. Our room was on the first floor and smelled terribly of smoke. We went to the front desk and were told the smell is from when they used to be a smoking property many years ago. This was the first time we have experienced this issue, even when we go to Las Vegas the rooms do not smell as badly of smoke. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. They do have an omelet station but the eggs are cooked and then items added before the finished eggs are folded over so the cheese is not melted. Overall for the price I would choose to stay elsewhere. The rooms were a good set up and size, but dated and parts peeling off the wall. There was also water damage in the bedroom area and you could tell the pull out drawers and mini fridge had not been cleaned in a very long time.

My time at the property was warm and inviting. Im sure that this where I wills stay whenever going to Lexington.

Did not see there was a $15 a night parking fee listed on the website when i booked. Was not even mentioned at checkin. Signs were all over the parking lot to scan QR and. Although i felt "bait ans swotch" we were already there so i tried to pay. Numerous times i tried to pay , couldnt complete the transaction. Went in to the counter and was told they could help me process with a code and processed it but was billed 2 nights parking when i was only thete one night. Was then told they could fill out a slip and request a refund from the company that "controlled" the parking but that the hotel had "nothing" to do with the parking. Never heard that one before. Obviously have not received a refund 2 weeks later. Called hotel , they said they cant help. They gave me a number to call the patking company. Called the number but "no longer a working number" use caution

A little lackluster compared to other Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at. AC didn’t work great in our room. Toilet - even after a repairman came in - did not flush well.

It was just an okay experience. Little things, sticky puddle in the room, wasn’t cleaned up in my 4 day stay. Coffee maker in room kept overflowing and was horrible. Molding coming off. New towels-good, trash out daily-good, front desk was courteous, breakfast was really good! Complimentary drinks was nice.

Miscommunication. I called the hotel to confirm that I was reserving a 2-room suite with a door in between but discovered that was not the case upon check-in. The front desk clerk was very helpful and let me cancel at no charge and even printed a copy of the cancellation for my records. The facility and grounds looked nice. Maybe the next time when I need only a suite.

Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Floors were sticky everywhere in and outside the room. First night there checked in at 11pm went to finally shower it’s a stand up shower and it wasn’t draining water going into the living area outside the bathroom my husband pulled up the grate and the nastiest glob of hair and I don’t know what else came out and it drained right away. Something I’m guessing HK should do to each room Stains on sheets blankets and curtains. AC wouldn’t work second night front desk gave us a fab! A fan! And I paid 200 a night for this? Breakfast wasn’t like the Lexington circle location at all. Cold no creamer no regular syrup only sugar free fruit warm oatmeal was a huge clump I would give this hotel a 0 if I could go to the Lexington green location it was wonderful. Which is what I thought I booked instead I accidentally booked this one! Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in! I took videos and it won’t let me upload anything but pictures

The lobby could be pretty. Only one fountain worked. The breakfast was terrible and the staff in charge of it was rude. We arrived to breakfast right when it was about to end and the staff just stood there and watched us make our plates and then cleaned it up directly after. The room was dirty. Beds didn't look clean. smelled funny. pool room was like 100 degrees.

Clean, professional staff…I like the way each room has a view of the atrium!

I am still waiting to hear from manaher. Saturday evening my son was in lobby with my 4 yearold mentally and physically disable little gitl, she makes noises when excited, staff member told my son she had to quiet down or go back to room. She explained she cant help it, and was told shain dont care if she can or cant help go to room if continues.THIS ISDISCRRMINATION. We have always chose chose your hotel line over others pretty sure this act has changed my mind IM SURE LEGAL COUNSEL

Great stay! It hasn’t been updated in a while, but exactly what was expected for an Embassy Suites.
