No stairs and we have >30 kg luggages, luckily the frontdesk staff is helpful and offer assistance for carrying one of the luggage for us.

It is in walking distance (15mins) to station, provided that you have no luggage. No lift is inconvenience for travelers with large travel cases. However the staff helpfully offer to carry for us. We are allocated to "old wing"(?), a bit far from reception.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight, the gate had been closed, we rang the bell and waited about 3min, finally the door is opened. But when we check-in, the staff could not find our booking, and we waited again, about 10min. It makes me unhappy. In addition, the room was very very hot, and no air conditioning, we had to open the fan and all windows but it is still not help more.

Overall on the surface of it the room appeared quite clean, but dust on window ledges and in the louvres of the air conditioning grills was unacceptable. Parking was easy and not expensive at £7.50 per 24hr period. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for The Cathedral.

Hygiëne is niet het sterkste punt. Enkel gekuist wat zichtbaar is. Door zo verder te doen zal het snel een verwaarloosde plek worden. Opzich was ons verblijf in orde. Fijn appartement en aangename mensen aan de balie. De mensen die in de ontbijtzaal werken zijn niet van de meest werkzame. Tafels afkuisen is voor hen snel even met een vochtig doek over de tafel gaan. Een potje opheffen is te veel gevraagd. Ontbijt is oké, maar niet speciaal. Ook niet echt vers.

It was a nice stay. Centrally located. Nice room and clean. Staff seem little overwhelmed. But friendly. No phone in the rooms so need to keep going back and forth to reception which was annoying especially when in a rush. I wish the air con was explained better as I could not work it out! Other than these pointers I would recommend.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Clean and goid sized room. Loved the courtyard where you can sit at tables amongst the pretty flowers.

Great location. Upgraded room was well worthwhile. Only issue was parking as not dedicated to the hotel, but pay and display. Got a good space eventually.

Very good experience and the staff was lovely

No phone Iron or Ironing board in room, when I went down to ask for one at reception I was kept waiting for 15 minutes while the one receptionist tried to find a payment on the system and completely ignored me. The other guest had to tell her to help me in the end! The shower was a trickle at best, air con was impossible to work, very tired in the reception, hallway areas although rooms had been upgraded - bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on in my two years of travel in this current role. When I was asked if my stay was ok I shared a little about the iron situation and was shut down immediately telling me there isn't an iron in our rooms - is that helpful? No, just further stress that I'm not seen as a guest, just a transaction. Won't be returning next time I'm in Salisbury

For the price this was pretty shocking when you compare it to say Premier Inn that would be cheaper and so much better. Room was decent size, but very dated; carpet was badly worn. At least it was cool considering how hot it was this week. Staff were clearly struggling in the heat but were not particularly helpful if I'm being honest. Asked me to download an app as I wanted a way to order food in my room but did it work properly - obviously not. Of course it is a decent location for Salisbury as is literally in the centre, but it really needs a huge make over, but guessing it hasn't got the money. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Had a great stay, I had limited mobility so the reception staff ensured I had a walk in shower. Breakfast great. Highly recommended.

Noisy extractor fan and floor boards

Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodation was clean, room was lovely. Parking is ample although there is a charge per day that isn’t clear on their website although I expect it is relative to the excellent central location. We would definitely stay here again.
