If you like decent coffee included in breakfast dont take this option. Breakfast was edible but that was jt and the beds were so soft and uncomfortable, the air con doesn't work properly either

£5 supplement for a bit of salmon for breakfast? Then being compelled to pay for it at restaurant and not add to room - pretty poor. £7 per day charge for parking? Honestly poor show. Hotel is like how can we squeeze more money out of guests instead of how can we enhance the stay experience for the guest.

Beautiful hotel just outside of the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the bar/lounge area was so comfortable. Parking was a massive plus and there were plenty of spaces near to all rooms. The area felt safe even late at night. The pool was clean and quiet during our visit. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was tired

Clean, breakfast selection good. Staff pleasant.

Sadly the pool was out of action during our stay although arrangements were made to use another hotel a 5 minute drive away. We were disappointed with in room facilities - the fridge had been removed and toiletries were very basic, shampoo no condition, shower gel no body lotion, no shower cap - definitely felt like costs were being cut!

I would expect a fridge in the room for the price

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded to a better room in the old part which was beautiful! Nice breakfast too.

Good parking, friendly staff, good size clean room with very comfortable bed, and take away breakfast for an early check out was a nice touch.

Clean rooms, a very short walk from the centre of Stratford, with close access to lots of restaurants. Enough parking and at a reasonable price too. Leisure facilities were in good condition too.

Excellent location few mins to Stratford on foot. Hotel is in need of some updating but staff very friendly , especially Kerria on reception. Hotel also very clean & tidy. Have stayed three times recently when visiting the RSC theatre

Room was clean

Room was excellent, spa disappointing and afternoon tea sandwiches were unfresh . Apart from that lovely location.

Room did meet expectations, noisy as near gym and not double glazed. Afternoon was dry. Tiles missing in steam room of pool.

Room was great front desk staff great...parking great .layoit of main bar was poor with a bottle neck design with not enough chairs. Ordered a pint of Grolch on draft.. It tasted metallic(pipe cleaner) bar was too busy to take back to change. Went over the road and had a perfect pin of Stella!!
