The staff at this hotel are above exceptional. We ran into an issue while traveling and the staff were exceedingly helpful. I am so grateful to each of them for their assistance and concern. I most highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very professional.. Locstion was great, couldn’t ask for anything more.. Will definately stay at the Castle Hotel Windsor anytime we travel to Windsor.

We have had an amazing stay in the beautiful hotel right in the heart of Windsor. Very very pleasant staff. Lovely decor and surroundings. Comfy beds. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here, even with the construction the hotel is doing. Our room was comfortable and clean, with welcoming free beverages, snacks, coffee and tea. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We were within easy walking distance to the train station, shops, and pubs.

We stayed here for Royal Ascot and a couple of extra days. Such a top class hotel with some lovely extra little touches. Very friendly and helpful staff, so welcoming. Rooms were nice and spacious and spotless. Great location and we parked nice and easy. I would highly recommend and we will be returning next year

The hotel us currently having a big refurbishment. Restaurant barred back and smaller choice. Found space in the car park but kept getting blocked in. However staff were good in getting the vans moved. Comfortable room. No lift to the higher floors.

While the hotel was slightly busy due to recent renovations, it did not affect my stay at all. In fact, after an exhausting intercontinental flight, the warm and welcoming service from both the reception staff and the manager was truly appreciated and made my stay very comfortable. The hotel's location in the heart of Windsor is excellent, providing easy access to all the surrounding attractions.

I booked this hotel for a birthday stay in Windsor and it was perfect. The location of the hotel means everything you’ll want to see is within easy walking distance. The hotel was easy to reach via car and had plenty of parking spaces; parking is charged. The staff at the hotel were also lovely. Overall if you’re considering booking this hotel for a stay in Windsor I’d give it a 5 out of 5.

Great location in the centre of Windsor, a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff very good thank you front desk Louis he’s very good and very helpful. Thank you for all the staff very good and kindness. The room clean and nice. Will come back to stay in this hotel again in the future.

Even though there is significant building work being conducted this did not detract from our stay. We were attending the Royal Marines presentation of new colours at the castle and so the location was brilliant for us. The staff were helpful and the day we took breakfast in our room it was excellent.

Everything is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Looking forward to breakfast!

We loved the hotel but it would have been preferable if Expedia had informed us earlier that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

The staff were lovely and what we saw of the hotel was ok but it was a shame the hotel was having work on it. If we had know we would have waited and maybe stayed another time.

The air conditioning was a godsend as it was the hottest days of the year. Daisy the receptionist was fantastic. Very helpful, professional and polite.
