整體住宿不錯，唯獨是不包早餐，如果在住宿費加多一點也可以。

Very nice establishment with helpful and polite staff. Close to the White Cliffs of Dover.

Excellent, staff were so caring and clearly loved their job. Warm and welcoming. And their curry night on Friday might be the best I’ve had to date!

We were absolutely fuming to be woken up at 04.00 by a HGV dustbin lorry collecting rubbish from the bins outside our bedroom window. After getting back to sleep we were again woken up by the extremely loud fire alarm going off at 06.00. Nobody came around to say if it was just a false alarm and not to evacuate, and no explanation was given at reception when asked about the alarm. I was told that the HGV dustbin lorry was from the council, but I find it hard to believe that the council collect rubbish at 04.00 on a bank holiday Monday so I do wonder if if I was told the truth, and if I was told the truth, then is that the best that you can do, allowing the emptying your bins in the middle of the night, regardless of how many guests get woken up ? I do realise that the fire alarm was probably due to some idiot smoking or vaping in their room, but the whole hotel was awoken and no explanation was given, and wherever the alarm was activated would be shown up on the fire control board, so the source would have been identified. Absolutely disgusted and fuming

Clean, friendly and helpful! Their food was good too. Spacious room and comfortable. I would stay again if I return to Dover.

Walks are very thin, hear all sounds from neighbors otherwise a good short stay for early ferry
