Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded. Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel including my hotel room was clean and uncluttered on the downside my tv remote had lost its back to the battery compartment so if the batteries moved it did not work well otherwise a great stay

Friendly staff and great breakfast

Breakfast menu was poor, tomatoes well past there sell by date. Room not cleaned sufficiently old empty coffee packets left in the holder with new ones, and rubbish found under the chair in the room on arrival.

Only booked this hotel for the sauna and it was out of order.

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable room, great pool and lovely breakfast. The only complaint would be we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids - so they had a sofa bed to sleep on - it was really uncomfortable so they kept fidgeting around- very creaky and so none of slept really. Be good to upgrade those or put two double beds in. It didn’t spoil the stay.

Very nice hotel that I have stayed at previously but experienced a big negative change on breakfast from nice buffet to a single plate. Also room I stayed had bed lamp that used a socket connected to a wall switch which also controlled. overhead light rendering the bed lamp and charging socket unusable once overhead light goes off.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very tired with a dent in the wall in the bathroom and the air con not working which we were told was happening throughout the hotel.

Breakfast looked fantastic but did not have time as leaving..wouldnt let me avoid answer on here but did have a dinner night before which was quite good with very friendly staff. Very nice stay here.

Room was lovely & clean & the staff were lovely

Room was ok, could have been cleaner the curtains had damp patches on and there was hair in the shower. The TV was awful, couldn't watch anything as kept buffering

The room size was fab for four of us. Very spacious. The use of the pool was excellent and made our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner service was very slow!

An enjoyable stay with a clean tidy comfortable room. The friendly reception team checked us in swiftly and efficiently, and although the restaurant was busy our food from the kitchen arrived in good time and tasted delicious. We paid extra to have a cooked breakfast which we purchased the day before at a discount price. Overall we had a lovely stay and will visit again sometime.

The swimming pool was nice. It was hard to park, not a big car considering the size of the hotel. It needed more staff in the bar area. Plus it would easier if the staff in the morning at name badges so you could so see who was staff
