Friendly helpful staff . Very clean, nice room with comfy bed and nice bath. Menu looked good value for money. Good location with pub and shops nearby. Lovely pool with great jacuzzi and sauna.

Doesn’t represent good value. Quite dated and despite the over friendly Americanised staff it’s expensive for what it is. Bathrooms want better attention to maintenance, bar is expensive, breakfast is nothing special and not presented very well

Food was nice, spa and gym facilities were dated but ok. Carpark was free and so was the use of the pool and gym.

The room

Was much better than last time. Must admit had I realised I would not have stayed here.

Room was clean but very tired looking, the whole place once past the lobby looked tired and in need of a refurb - but it made an acceptable one night stop off

Nice hotel, great buffet breakfast and within walking distance of retail park and fast food chains. Bed was a little too soft for my taste but the room was a decent size. The shower had good water pressure but the shower screen needs to be extended to avoid getting water all over the floor. Would stay here again as good value for the price.

Excellent staff

Easy to park, clean, quiet and friendly with lovely pool and hot tub. Dinner was a bit pricey but tasty!

Excellent family hotel . Cannot do enough for the children . Lovely little children's playarea . Staff turned tv onto bluey for the 3 year old as soon as we arrived. Pool lovely too .

Room wasn't ready on arrival everything was perfect otherwise

Nice modern hotel with attached sports facilities.

For what it is, this was great. Good gym and pool, comfortable room and good brekkie

Always stay in there very good

I booked a family room with a king size bed it was just a standard dounle, there were dirty tissues under the side of the bed and the sink was blocked

Reception chap on check in was superb

Staff are really friendly and helpful and place really petfriendly and in a nice quiet area and food was good aswell

Very uncomfortable bed and the towels didn’t smell fresh. Service and staff were friendly and good, limited choice for vegans at lunchtime as everything I asked for wasn’t available. Burger at night was tasty and hot but chips and onion rings were cold. Leisure facilities were good

For the price of the property, it was excellent including the use of facilities such as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The staff made extra mile to give children activities for easter, , treats and tokens too. We also liked that it is a dog friendly, walking distance to Somerset Buffet if you fancy eating out.

Check in was good, I had said 3 adults ( expecting a double and single bed in the room. The receptionist informed us that it was a sofa bed and not for an adult, there was no rooms available to book another room. However it wasn’t too bad but I think to check in future that it definitely caters for 3 adults. The staff were friendly and facilities were great, good parking and good location
