The overall stay in the two nights was good. There was a little misunderstanding during check in but the front desk manager fixed the issue very quick and appropriately. Staff in the breakfast restaurant are very helpful, Adi's good services and big smile definitely the reason to give guests a good start in the morning. I will come again in my next business trip. In the room we live there is no light in the living room, suggest to provide lighting so to give customer a bright stay.

close to U and S, by walking from hotel around 5~7 minutes, clean, and bed size is big, and very comfortable, that is the most important for me. Room is small, and bad sound insulation. i can hear the sound outside the room.

Excellent staff, neighborhood was sketchy, looks rough on outside but was modern and clean on the inside.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sehr vielseitig in kleinen Portionen. Es wurde aber immer wieder frisch nachgelegt. Wir waren zum HSPA Marathon dort. Das Hotel hatte sich total drauf eingestellt. Müsliriegel, Magnesium, Traubenzucker und Bananen lagen aus. Süss war auch Bemalung auf dem Fußboden mit den Glückwünschen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Für einen Kurztrip war das Hotel okay. Die Zimmer sind klein, wenig Platz für Kleidung. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt, das war perfekt.

Grundsätzlich saubere Unterkunft, aber etwas abgewohnt. Der Boden war beschädigt, vermutlich durch den ausziehbare Couch. Die türstöcke verkratzt. Die silikonfugen im Bad müssten erneuert werden. Ansonsten schöne Aufenthalt. Lage war okay parksituation etwas eng. Tolles frühstücksbuffet

The Hotels.com description of our room was flat out incorrect. We chose the room specifically because it described the room as having a separate sleeping area (queen bed) and queen sofa bed. As we were travelling with her 7 year old son, this directly affected our decision to book. What we got did not allow us the privacy we specifically looked for. The bathroom had loose and missing fittings. Definitely NOT a "superior" room. Staff were welcoming though, and very kind.

El desayuno fue lo mejor, huevos al gusto, variedad de panes, jamones, quesos, el café también de excelente calidad, nos atendieron super bien.

A short walk to the Schanzen area. Great Indian restaurant close by.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß, es gab eine Badewanne und beim Auschecken eine gratis Wasserflasche für unterwegs. Fußläufig sind in wenigen Minuten 2 U-Bahn Stationen zu erreichen.

Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr gut und auch sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, aber angebotene Frühstück für 21,-€ pro Person empfanden wir als unangemessen überteuert.

The room and services were good. The only downside was the a view from the window. The staff was really nice. They offer free beer every evening and a water package while checking out.
