The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Brignole railway station. The hop on hop off us stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Market Orientale close by. Location is perfect. Even if you have to get on a cruise, it’s only 5 mins by cab. Marie at the reception is really nice and helpful!

The shower was not what we were used to- shower attachment in a tub with no curtain. But when in Rome… All else was fabulous- a gorgeous facility. Nothing like a Best Western in the States.

Hotel bien centré Personnel accueillant Propreté ok

The location to the train station after a very long journey from Australia was a blessing. It is also not to far from all the city of Genoa has to offer. The check in staff (2 in particular very helpful others not so helpful but pleasant) room was clean and comfortable and we booked the small room which was still bigger than most hotel rooms in Europe. Highly recommend a stay and €5 Aperol & Campari Spritz's also add up to a win here.

Posizione buona davanti alla stazione Brignole e a via XX settembre. La camera confortevole. La colazione però non offre una varia scelta.

Centralt lige overfor banegården. Ville blive en nat mere, men ingen parkeringsmuligheder alt optaget.

We were very lucky to have early checking in after 8 hour flight and 3 hours driving from Milan. Very lucky! Bed and space were outstanding.

It was a good experience very good location across the street from train station lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Their room is clean but bit small.

The property needs an upgrade. The rooms are dark and dingy. The carpet smells and is very old. We were depressed every time we went in the room.

Très désappointé à l arrivée car pas accès au parking qui se réserve à l avance. La réceptionniste a entendu notre souci et a libéré une place de leur petit parking. Passé une très bonne nuit.

Good clean room, 15-20 min walking from beach. Do not park car across the road on parking garage price is 55 euro per 24h, use blue parking behind hotel.
