Safe and quiet area. If hotel provides some plug adaptors for rent will be better.

Wont even be given free bottle waters in the room very day, stayed 5 days, only fist night you get water included. Employees arent happy to be there, food is mediocre.

The service was terrible. Especially the room cleaning. I stayed 6days there, they changed bedding sheet on 5th day in such a hot session. The no- disturb sign stayed on floor for 3 days until I picked it up, nobody do it. The bedding is pure fiber without or very less cotton, feel very uncomfortable when sleep. I traveled 50 countries, this is one of the worse experiences.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine as well.

We had nightmare in staying with this Radisson hotel. The robbery was happened to us at 3:00 PM. My wife and I were standing in front of the Radisson sign and trying to take a picture of this Radisson hotel. The robbery happened with 10-20 Radisson staffs next to us, about 5 meters away. My wife’s Phone was robbed away by a biker. I was pushed down on the side walk. All the staffs just watched without any pity. I asked them to report to police, and them said they are not understanding English. Asked us to report to police at airport. I was badly injured with scratches all over my face, belly, hands, and knees.

This is the fifth or sixth hotel I’ve tried in São Paulo and it’s a winner! Will stay here again, 100%. Staff is amazing and everything was very comfortable. For hotels within this medium price range, it’s the best I’ve seen here. Food also very good.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance work. We rented 3 rooms, and every room had a problem. Lockers didn’t work in 2 out of 3. A/C in our room started dripping on the second night, and flooded the room. Another general problem is that the bathrooms don’t have a/c. They get very hot, like a sauna! On the positive side, the staff were willing to fix things or relocate us.

The hotel staff were friendly. The rooms need some updates. The frame of balcony doors were not able to close all the way so that I can hear the city noise all day and night.
